It is been 6 years since I joined MTA Arch & never had time to look back, working as a designer you need a very peaceful environment to put forth your mind on work and show you creativity side, and my mind is always at peace when I walk in the office zone, the team the Boss’s never ever are in pressure and never build a pressure to finish a job, but yes I do stick to my commitment and very well understand the value of time in this industry. You have the freedom to express your views & ideas which i did not find in my previous organisation. I have always been encouraged and given enough space to experiment and execute newer ideas, the best place to work with a very supportive team and always ready to help co-workers at MTA Arch.

It is quite difficult for me to put my working experience with MTA Arch is few words or statements, working as an architect for past 10 years and so much memories & good events have taken place. It is pleasure and not pressure to work here, the best part the CEO’S have given us the freedom of choice & space to express our ideas and giving importance to the same by executing the ideas into reality. The core team is very much like a family here and very helpful in nature. Time in & out I have gained rich experience and sharpened my technical skills as an architect under MTA Arch and feel proud to be associated with such a huge organisation who gives equal importance to all the workers of any department. So much to write.... It is a honour to work with winners by gaining clients trust with commitment & hard work and completing all the project with a bench mark in the industry.

Currently Working from Malaysia for MTA Architects from home, I am very much thrilled to share my working experience on this page, as a engineer and being a female I never felt dominated working here, it was a pleasure at work every day as fun and work both were the key for a very good working atmosphere, the team & the Boss’s were always by my side and we were like a family more than just co-workers. This place is best to show your talents as you get full credit to your work without any hesitation, I had the choice to sharpen my talents & implants newer ideas and full support with the resources available free hand to work. Hai every one! Myself working with MTA Architects as a Engineer, it’s fun & work which has rooted to me in this organisation for so many years. The team work and bonding ratio is really very impressive, people around here are so friendly and helping in nature. I have learnt & built my knowledge on various aspect of engineering by working on various prestigious projects under this banner. After my maternity break, the organisation had retained me as a staff and given me the freedom to work from home, it’s really great to think about the staff’s family position and supporting me for which I am very much thankful.
