In the front side of the premises, trucks, lorries and vehicles are continuously running. All people who come out of the premises have to be very careful till they reach Porur Road. In the backside of the premises, just at the end of the backside (breadth wise) road, it is full of unregistered open land completely with grass and other plants. If there is heavy rain in the area, walkers from the premises will face hardship.

Good Project, however now the God knows the handover date :)Hi Sir , We registered one near to the same location, however for last 2 years we noticed the appearance of this project still the same.So many handover dates , If I am correct May2021,then Aug 2021,then Guaranteed handover in 6 month and now could see as Nov 2021 for interior fit.Now very needed of a ready to move, that is the reason

Not a good locality.. if u want to understand in reality, pls go to the site location, stand in front of project, close your eyes and try to focus on your very much interested topic/thing for a min.If you are able to concentrate, then you can proceed. If not, better choose different project.I just told how I ignored this project

People are responsive enough. We could even more appreciate , if we could get individual updates from somebody based on the progress made for our own apartments by means of sharing video of progress as we are not actually able to visit the apartment continuously due to covid.

Place is excellent and affordable rates. Prime location and very close to both Trichy and Bangalore highways, Nearby IT Hubs, Close to Ramachandra Medical College/Hospital. Very worthy investment.Especially Ms Anitha Madam explaining all clarifications regarding quarries. Excellent 😊
