I am Parthian from Kandigai (near by Kelambakkam)I am going to explore my experience with Ar.G.Dhayananth principal Archietect and D.L.E.A team. Me and my family thought to build our dream house. Then we discussed about design and elevation . First we gave this project design to my father’s friend . The design and elevation work was not that much good. We are not satisfied and we wasted nearly two months.(March and April 2021).After that I searched Architects in Chennai through internet. Finally I decided contact D.L.E.A team.Then I contacted Ar.G.Dhayananth sir . After three days I went D.L.E.A office madippakkam. First time I met Ar.G.Dhayananth sir and that conversation was very nice . Then I discussed with family and we decided to give our project to DLEA on 3rd may.After that the project experience with Ar.G.Dhayananth and DLEA team was wonderful experience. They are very friendly and their work was unbelievable. Finally I got my finalized floor plan 20th may. The floor plan was too good. After that today I got my finalized beautiful elevation. This is just beginning of my journey with DLEA TEAM.I would like to personally thank AR. G. DHAYANANTH, M.ARCH, PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT, DLEA (Design Lab for Experimenting Architecture) for wonderful design of my dream house. Gurukul for Architecture. One learns more than just architecture. One learns about life, world, ethics, management etc. A place where you will find not only a team but a family.

Safety is the major concern. Its in the private plantations. Many goons roam around doing moral policing. Better to avoid if going as a family or alone. Go with friends and chill.

Once we spoke and began the project from designing, everything that we desired in our new home was made a reality as we consulted with expert design professional like him. The personal attention that we received from him, our move was made easy. The timetable for designing the home is challenging and the cooperation that we received from him is outstanding.I can remember discussing with Mr. Dhayananth about our desire for a dream home while he was on a pilgrimage tour, and the design we would like. Mr. Dhayananth said, “I have the perfect design plan for you.” He is undoubtedly correct and he made it happen.DLEA company treated us the client with respect, class and dignity, and we are very thankful that they took time to personally tender to our needs. DLEA extended the support starting from visit to plot, nominal budgetary proposal for Architectural support, locating the correct builder using Techno Commercial Proposal, getting approval for Patta, Building design (Although this is not Mr. Dhayananth Scope). Those particular qualities that he and his DLEA team demonstrated made the process a wonderful experience. Mr. Dhayananth is honest and professional. He is very reliable and he represented the company with executive class. We are honored that DLEA is our representative in the development of our house at Chennai. Their team has been right there for us whenever we needed suggestions and clarifications. We, appreciate all the help they have given us, and continue to do so. The quality of representation and the attention to detail from the beginning of the process to the finished product has been remarkable.Our family has always been impressed with DLEA that took the personal touch and the “family way” into their approach.
