We occupied this apartment last year there are many cracks with the apartment. People of the Dac are not responsive they saying reasons every problem and we have to live with problems.Water pipelines are not fixed firmly there is leakages inside the wall which cause walls to be wet .I suggest if you are interested in buying new house please avoid DAC as a choice..

I have purchased this flat last year, Within one year i can see lot of cracks in the wall, The construction is not built as per the blue print. People who are already purchased or going to purchase the flat in DAC dont force them to handover the flat without completing the entire work, After handovering nobody will come and see the site and they will keep on telling some reasons for not completing the work.

Quick access from GST,very good location, hospital, school, temple,bus stop,all are very near to this project, , Im very much satisfied with this project instead of other projects from various builders.. car parking was planned very well for all units,, and private terrace was good advantage for second floor buyers,, as lift was available so no need to worry about second floor that was very much advantage..

Situated in a very Narrow road in Pammal.. Guest Car Parking is very hectic. U cannot find a place to park.
