Cookscape did a wonderful job of delivering the materials after initial payment is done immediately according to client requirements especially in COVID climate. Modular kitchen was finished well and other requirements was also met well.Few alignment issues were there mainly due to structural building design and Cookscape team of Praveen and co. did well to make adjustments. Quick and efficient, only thing Id say is to specify exactly what your requirements are beforehand. Good job.

My family and I have no design ideas preset in the mind but wanted to make our new houses interior design a lot more elegant than we have done in the past. I am sharing my worst nightmare experience with this unprofessional interior company. If u read this review and ask them about this, they will say it is a fake review because I experienced this but after using them, it is worst service that I never want to use again. No proper carpenters to work, No quality material, No quality engineers, No quality staff. They will call until we pay them money, afterwards they forget us like we no more exist. I am calling them daily to get update and making reminder for them after paying the amount they required. I said to make cushion but look at the photo, it is auto seat, worst ever quality. They will speak very nicely and like professionals but they unprofessional at extreme. Totally wasted and Dhinakaran, Sunitha dont give proper answers even I talk them million times. Dont go with them for House interiors because they loot but not stand by their words🙏 This is not a fake review and I am writing this in pain because of no proper finish and proper follow-up and quality of their work.

Cookscape administrations is generally Professional and Prompt Courteous in their administration of work quick in real life opportune went to likewise in fact dealt with in every one of the works flawlessly went to every one of the issues on their own amicable way. Sales- 1 star - Hidden conditions, misleading quotations. Sweet talk before you give them money and treat you like dirt once you sign up.Design- 2 star - They take 2 days for a minor change in the 2d drawings. 3d is not at all useful. No good suggestions or practical ideas. Drawings have wrong measurements and a lot of mistakes.Factory- 3 star- I had to be very persistent to finally get my materials delivered. It took almost 1 month extra for them to dispatch materials, despite accounting for the lockdown. However they did honor their promise and did not ask for payment until work was almost complete.Execution team- 5 star - Carpenters are very efficient and dedicated. Very few mistakes observed. AE Gugan did a good job in coordinating work to make up for delay in the previous stages. They worked on Sundays and long hours without breaks to complete in 2 weeks.Cost- 3 star - Material cost is 10 times more than buying directly from retailer. Even though it is in line with/better somewhat than what other well known interior firms charge. A simple hinge cost me 325 when it can be purchased for 60 bucks at any hardware shop. I purposely did not engage them for any other civil work for this same reason. Because this is my first time and I didnt want to spend more on interiors, I chose Cookscape over the other branded firms.Overall Satisfaction- 4 star - Finish and fit looks great, like I envisioned. Plywood seems sturdy and gaps are consistent. Unfortunately the project took way longer due to the lockdown, but I am glad its finally done. I also had to do some additional fixing work on my own as I did not want to pay extra for out of scope items.Advice- Dont blindly trust them, do your research and ask them for written confirmation on materials to be used. Be prepared for a lengthy delay and dont believe their quoted 45 days timeline. It took me 3 months after design got finalized. If you have more time and less money, be the designer, buy the raw materials directly and go with a local interior firm who charge less and get the job done in less than a month.

Did a tv unit and a pooja unit with cookscape.. final finish came out nice.. need a little push across departments for timely delivery... Venkat AE was very helpful in the final stages of completion...

Im writing this review positively solely because of the CookScape installation team. Kudos to the Installation team lead by Mr.Jothimani & Carpentry team of Jafer/folks who are really rockstars for pulling off a really tight schedule with utmost sincerity by working long hours with efficiency. They were really helpful in providing proper suggestion and making sure the product is delivered to the satisfaction of customer on time & also compensating for the complete mess up done by the design/measurement team. Im providing 5 starts solely who because of the excellent work done by Jothimani/jafer & team and quality of the material. No comments on any other stages of our project !!!!

They speak soft coated to make deal then they become slowly unresponsive. Very poor customer service and i never recommend this business to any. I strongly say please go with any other vendor for your works. You will get fedup if you choose them.Your default comment for bad reviews will not work. First improve your service. Ask your production team to contact me since they have mobile number already.They ignore my messages or calls.

Based on visits to multiple showrooms, we found Cookscape approach and design suggestions practical. Also we found the cost competitive compared to other providers. While our work was impacted by Covid and as such delivery of the order was delayed the quality of work was very good. The installation team and Gowtham specifically helped in bringing all the things to closure. We are happy with the final outcome and quality of work completed.

Though I had done the Full House interior design to my 3BHK Newly Built Residence with Cookscape around 12 Years ago, still it looks as if it has been done just yesterday. Such a Nice Durable Quality and Wonderful Design their Architects and Designers created for my house. Worst experience. I made 10% payment and unfortunately I ran into unexpected medical expenses that left me with no money to proceed further with my interior. When I told these guys that I am financially and mentally very weak, they did not understand my situation. I asked them to do me some interior to cover for my initial payment. They came up with a design for shoe rack and they are charging Rs. 40,000/- for the same. Who in this world would buy a simple shoe rack for 40,000 rupees? Totally insensible. When I did not agree, they told me they would refund half of my initial payment, but they are not processing that either. I have been going through several challenges in life during this pandemic, both medically and financially. These guys are not even responding to my phone calls. Very pathetic. Do not trust these fellows.

Good response during design... After payment, execution is very poor... Not keeping up commitment, no professional management... need to follow up not one person but nearly 10 of the Cookscape employees with no responsibility and only pointing finger at others...

We had our first modular kitchen installed by Cookscape in August 2000 which was of superior quality and we were fully satisfied with that for the last 21 years. Now we wanted to get it renovated and contacted Cookscape again anticipating the same quality of service but disappointed with their work thus time.It was not their quality of service as expected . The renovated kitchen would have been better if I could have got it done with my carpenter . The wall modular cupboards ( 900 mm )had gap in between the shutters . We opted for hidden handle for the shutters and the work was not up to the mark . The length of the handle is shirted than the shutter length in many cupboards resulting a gap in between. This looks awkward . Also the edges of the handle were not blunt posing a threat of hurting anytime . I use the kitchen everyday in fear of getting hurt .The shutter laminates are not fixed properly and it gives an old shutter look . Having spent nearly 6 lakhs for this kitchen there is no new look of the kitchen. It looks some 10 years old one.The carpentry work is done by inexperienced carpenters who makes lots of mistakes which require corrections from the beginning.Totally very very disappointing service and quality of work from the 22 years experienced COOKSCAPE COMPANY. which was unexpected.

The contract was issued to cookscape on 25th may 20 and till today 19th Oct 2020 (above 150 days) till it is uncompletion and no action.we choose cookscape after believing their market presence, but after receiving the advance of full payment against the threading and holding of delivering shutter materials, they will not attend your calls and they will not shown any interest to complete your job, we have communicated and diverting 13+ employees / contractors to take our own risk to express our delays, but no one is ready to answer your calls.Note: not able to put 0 star, so selected one star for this review.

Design engineer not showing interest to show case different idea or arranging site visit. They frequently change the coordinator. Do follow up only for payment.

I paid them an advance and i have awaited for 3d designs.. Though the designs were outdated, i thought of going forward, but when i cancelled my room furnitures, they inflated the kitchen price so steeply, like as if they want to earn the entire project income just by doing our kitchen.And because of all this, i could see there was no integrity left in the discussion, I was left with no choice but to cancel the order.From initial stages i had a doubt that they may not deliver everything as theyre promising, so I had got a written confirmation from them on mail that if i ever want to cancel the order they will refund the amount back to me, and then they said after deducting the 3D charges they will refund, i had to agree to that also because i didnt have a choice.But till date they havent refunded my amount. Its been a long time. After multiple phone follow ups and visits to their office, they agreed to refund within 10 working days. And that deadline is also crossed way back.No sign of refund yet. No response from the staff who was our contact person.. The staff say we dont refund to anyone and when i talk to them about the mail confirmations I have from them, they say theyll check with their accounts team and call me back. But they dont respond.Its like a trap now. Although i would take a legal course of action, i still want to warn people that paying them any ruppee must be considered lost.Spending so much on advertising and all, had the company spent a little to build some faith and integrity with customers, the word of mouth itself wouldve poured in so much business.So heartbreaking to deal with such people who make homes.My contact number is available with your staff Varshini/ Mathi/ Anandhi/ Sunitha/ Siva/ Dinesh. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY in investing with these ppl, totally not worth it.Dont fall for their Marketing tactics. These ppl were sweet until we pay money and after that they just show their dirty side. Totally unethical! Their cost looked very low in their initial estimate, but it Just hiked by 3x in the final price.Coming to work, I would gotten this service from any interior, they are not any special. The staff basically dont have knowledge on this field, they just confuse you with multiple ppl reaching out to you for the specifications. They dont have a central team who can make a note of your requirements, it is you as the customer has to confirm them multiple times.The team has taken wrong measurements for my wardrobe and carpenter somehow adjusted it. The wardrobe looks so different from what I expected and no body bothers to give any explanation.Same goes with Vanity unit.Totally regret my decision to choose these ppl.

If you really want a cost effective interior company go with a startup or if you want professional go with a reputed brand. With cookscape you dont get both.I have added photos of their work, you can see it for yourself.I am sure a local carpenter would have done a better job. Alignment of cupboard is missing, they are zigzag. The paste the use is coming of. Screws are loose. When you tell them about the finish they just say it will get normal when you start using. At the end of the day you feel cheated.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COOKSCAPE TO ANYONE.

The Cookscape site work was coordinated by Site Engineer - Arunachalam and was quite good given the short span of time. The team was quite friendly, also they did listen to our additional requirements and did their best to coordinate with factory incharge (Ganesh, Balamurugan & Anish) and got them done within that time span. That should validate for 5 stars but since certains elements at the design stage were not briefed in a better way (in terms of better space utilisation, border colour for the panels etc) which could have led to a better customer experience, I am forced to give only 4 stars.

It was all a good star. Showroom is self explanatory. Resource personals were forthcoming initially but totally withdrew after second level. Left us without a word. This part is unprofessional.

Though it was delayed due to pandemic,installation team supported to complete the site on time. Special thanks to Venkat to make the work quicker..

I cannot give a single star rating also for such a pathetic service but i had to, since the review wouldnt post without any rating. so please note that it is not 1 star , it is 0 star.I booked a deal with cookscape in August 2020 and believe it or not project is not complete, after all for a 950 sq.ft 2 bhk home.I am searching for words in dictionary to describe their service, WORST, RIDICULOUS, ATROCIOUS all these are under rated words for the same. Each and every step from the beginning of the project say from taking measurement, designing and now material production all have been delayed at an absurd level of an extent. It has become a part of my daily routine to call hundreds of times to the AE, coordinator, installation head and inspite of multiple calls, it would be a big deal if i get response from at least 1 of them after hours. Cookscape has incurred me so much of loss in terms of my time, efforts and money due to their super lethargic behaviour towards customers projects. Iam thinking of going to consumer court if the installation doesnt start in this week. Never in my life i had gone through such a horrible service and i doubt in future i will.

I am very much upset with the work done by all the cookscape team members porur. So far many people contacted and visited the site but none of them are enough capable to understand and to design /handle the project. This is the very worst experience to me.Even local carpenter is better will understand and do a drawing. I have started the discussion on February 2021 till now none of the drawing are satisfied. They have some template drawing and that is shared with customers.I strongly recommend not to go for cookscape interiorsIts really waste of my time and money with cookscape team

Overall experience was good, I have reduced one star because of the delay. Carpenter did an excellent job. We feel cookscape is costly, If an electrician or any others needed for extra work, dont ask them, make your own arrangement. The charge for electrical work was too high, and the work was poor. Response to queries from the designer team and management, was delayed.

Very nice set of people who explain details so much, keep things as clear as possible and ensure you get the best experience.Specific call out to Arvindh, one of the architects. He was so committed to ensuring that we get a complete picture of the house with all the configurations and stayed up so late. He was very diligent in his follow ups and taking so much ownership.Overall a great experience with Cookscape and a shout out to people like Arvindh!

Initial discussion & design process was excellent. Wilferd,Vignesh and Arun gave an excellent support. But in delivery & installation stage there were a lot of hiccups (like measurements gone wrong , incomplete material delivery etc.) and we had to followup multiple times. Engineer Rashid tried his best to coordinate and get things arranged but it didnt get the work done on time. For a small piece of 2 hrs work we were made to wait for more than 10 days and multiple follow ups and in-person visits to the site had to be done to get that done.On the whole, the experience was good only till the design phase completion.Planning and coordination during the installation and delivery was extremely poor.

Had a good experience with cookscape.and excellent finishing work .site engineer Mr.Arunachalam is so good& comfortable.they do all the work as per the client requirement.he deals with softly &good Co ordination

I was excited when picked cookscape, but highly disappointed with their service when project moves on. Here are my observations,- They dont respond on-time.- They never mind even if it gets delayed. Never meet timelines.- Heard most of the time that their server is down and unable to prepare design. This is really horrible. You must have solid application to build your design.- Nothing special in their design, just like other interiors.- Have seen manual errors in estimation.- Never felt like customer oriented.- Poor resource managementAdditional details:- Design phase took 6 months.- Material delivery to production work took 3+ monthsI have picked other interiors for rest of the interior modification as cookscape is not capable of delivering the product ontime, and they are able to deliver the product within 3 weeks of time(design, production, installation) without any quality compromise.Conclusion: Definitely not recommended for Cookscape

I visited the store at OMR. Delegate Shruti explained walked through their products and explained everything clearly. Also the pricing is very attractive for the output they give. Overall Cookscape is a best choice if you for interior.

Showroom is good. But execution is bad. Had all kind gaps and blamed civil work. Civil work at my apartment is bad but shouldnt that be identified by initial measurements itself rather than at execution. Either decline to do job and return money or try to fill up all gaps for additional money. Both was not offered instead messy job is what they left. This is from 2014. May things changed now.

Very bad service right from design, implementation and nearly pathetic post installation service.

Had a nice interior output with cookscape and Mr.Arunachalam site engineer has been ontime in helping us whenever there is a query .and finally result is as per our satisfactory.

I dont find option to give zero star. So I am giving one star. Very worst interior company. They tell they are cookscape but the design comes from with company name Orbix. So they use this name for cheating people. At intial stage they speak very nice and response to all your calls. Once you pay the amount their reaction will be different. They never attend ur call and response to your message. One designer name Mathi was handled our intial 2d and 3d design she took 2.5 months for completing design after that work started. Work also wont go properly. 2 daya corpendar will work in site and they will go to next site to work. We have to call multiple time then they will come and 2 days. No proper cordination and no proper schedule.Initially there was one site engineer and co ordinary they wont response u properly.At last one site Engineer Hari(Hari Haran) came He only worked with full responsibility. Because of him our interior completed. I appreciate hairs work and dedication.My suggestion is dont go for cookscape and waste ur time and money.

Modular kitchen and wardrobe work done perfectly by Cookscape.Good response from staff members and ontime delivery.Completed work even during night hours for early completion of work with quality in completing the work.Mr Arunachalam site engineer is polite with handling customer and could complete the work in time.Mr Arunachalam stayed full night at site to complete the work in time and will be an asset to Cookscape.Thanks for the support rendered by Arunachalam and CookscapeG Balaji B.E.,,B. Good place to select an interior design

Highly unprofessional. No timelines adhered. Huge delay in project completion. Have to follow up on a daily basis to get the works done. Such a pain to be associated. Never recommend them to anyone.

I paid advance in September just to renovate half kitchen... Now entering into 4th month, still i am not informed about the kitchen delivery dates.. In every stage we have to work with a new person and no one will be there to track the progress.. Just we have to chase and always we will get a response as will check and get back sir .. But that wont happen easily.. Frustrated.

We booked them for our 2 bhk and had a very bad experience. They focus only on converting sales and getting the advance.. all other procedures are dealt badly.. We got fed up and did it on our own.. It works cheaper and less time consuming too.. PLS READ REVIEWS AND PROCEED. They are not worth the money we are paying for..We expressed our interest in not continuing the project with them due to the poor service provided. Manager Leo spoke so rudely and asked us to share the account no. for refund processing and disconnected the call.. But, after that no response from their side..

I met Ms Varshini, and Mr Arun who is her lead, and Ms Varshini provided solid inputs and new ideas on the design. She pulled out plenty of manuals and books to show various design ideas. Cookscape folks have the required knowledge in the field and my experience so far is so good. I will now wait for subsequent steps and I have firm belief that they will do an excellent job.Thank you Cookscape, Mr Arun and Ms Varshini for your support so far.

Very worst behaviour... Too late

Had them involved in getting my home interiors done. They were not just telling the costing or did the designing, but also explained us on what our design is and why that cost, which made us understand that its worth the money. Professional handling 👍

It was awesome experience working with cookscape. Despite the lockdown and other challenges this year , the customer service was topnotch. They were available to answer our queries every time. The installation carpenter was very professional and accommodated all our requests patiently. We love how our kitchen has turned out in the end .

I was not at all happy with what they have done for our house all their main concern was money we spent more then 5 lakhs for our interior and we was running behind them to complete the project staffs are not responsive,it took more than 6 months for them to complete our project and they finished it with different carpenters I dont understand how come they work like this,even the work was not satisfied it is purely my concern .

Cookscape co ordination was good. Liked the work done by them. Reasonable pricing. No complaints. After service is also very good.Always co ordinate with RAMYA. She is the only and only person who co ordinates with the entire team and gets the work finished faster. She also keeps the promise. Very happy to share.

Initially there was a delay in their services.the paperwork before starting the work was really pathetic.but once they initiate the process in factory,they have completed it on time with best of quality.Would like to mention right from beginning-sowmithra anni,Priyadarshini,leo,Parvathy,Anish,sivaraman and Karthik who travelled with us in our project.thanks a ton to all of u.special mention about carpenter kunar-he just perfectly completed our house.thank u sir.
