Horrible experience! CFIA neither knows architecture nor has anything to do with indigenous concept. Moreover, they have no proper idea of construction itself. Well, after getting a house constructed by them I can surely say they dont have a trustworthy builder or construction team. They will keep fighting with each other and keep blaming each other for all mistakes and shabby work. They will promise you the sky and cheat you at the end. They will not give estimate and sign agreements and escalate the cost by 50 per cent. Beware! Dont fall prey to their promises of eco-friendly house. They can never leave this earth as a better place to live...
