Arva Vadnagarwala’s work might be good but would never recommend anyone to choose her as an architect. Simply because is not easy to work with. Manipulate her clients according to her needs by directing her designs where she finds more commission on the product by the dealers. Her use of plywood is extremely high and because there is no way to keep an account to where the plywood is used she takes this as an advantage. The only agenda is to keep her self happy with loads of money! Customer satisfaction is next to zero if possible I would give her negative points. This is not just one person opinion but its a collective view of 100’s of dealers in Chennai and outside.
