The good thing about these tenured retail market place such as Vasanth is that you not only get to speak to them to understand about the product, but also compare them easily, get a feel of the various other products, and you know where to go... should there be any issues..Vasantg & Co also gave some very good discount on Samsung wind free model 1.5 Ton AC when its MRP was INR 60K and the actual price was INR 42K but as they are able to sell about 100 pieces of these per day across all of their branches, they were able to bring the proce down to INR 37K (for AC unit alone). Amazing deal that matches online online, plus the above mentioned benefits, isnt it..

Very good range of products and courteous staff.

They are charging minimum of 200 rupees for just delivering any products and they do not inform this during billing. i bought 43 inch tv and the salesman informed me that you will get 2 yrs warranty but i got confirmation from the engineer who did installation that you only have 1 year warranty and suggested to pay 8000 for 3 yrs warranty. Also the salesman told installation will be done the same day but it was done only after 2 days and that too i called repeatedly the customer care to get the installation done. The people are very friendly only till billing. Once billed no one bothers to answer the call as well. Really had a very disappointing experience.

Dont even go purchase products here, very expensive. We bought fridge, washing machine, mixy and grinder and thry reduced 1000 rs from each product. Same products I checked a week later in Sathya in madipakkam and theyre very less in price. On top of this, complimentary these ppl gave from hot pack. Non sense. We got 4000 rs voucher in Satya for buying TV and we took coffee maker, iron box and flask in that voucher. Vasanth and co is out dated and cheaters now. They sell very few models example 10 models in fridge, 10 models in washing machine, 10 in TVs. 10 in mixy.. I regard buying here my mistake.

Dont ever step inside this store. They wont have any stock and will simply commit delivery date. Product will not reach you on time and no proper response from any staff. Utter waste.

Went to buy a 32 inch sony led tv..selected one.. I told him if you have the model in stock, you can bill... He said its in stock without checking the system.... After that he told it is not available...and he will arrange for delivery within 1 hour.... And asked me to pay the amount.right away.... I told him i will only pay the bill if i see the stock on hand......i gave my ph no, and asked me to call back in an hours time.... nothing happened after one hour.... I called him to know the status, he said there is no stock for the model i have selected... I went to giriyas, who had the stock and gave 2500 rs discount and a complimentary powerbank and 1000 rs worth voucher.... Posting this for the benefit if others... Never trust anyone.. assurances and promises mean nothing today.. its all target and commission based world....
