A lovely cozy place with a beautiful studio.. The place though small is very well planned and beautifully done into a studio. The sound proof doors and interiors are very very good. The equipments are advanced and up to date. The only drawback that I (one who accompanied a song writer and a singer) felt was that the waiting area or the place to just relax was not well ventilated and too hot. Other than that the recording rooms are just too good.
