I went to their shop to service my 40 led TV which had backlight problem. They serviced it for a very reasonable price. Not only that, when I brought the TV back home, there was a small loose contact. When I called them, they immediately came and rectified it.Good people. Certainty appreciate them for their good service.

Give your device and just forget it. You wont get it back. If you keep calling for over a month then you will get it back more damaged than it was before.
