It is about Chennai Foams India. The head quarters provided the worst service. I am saying this from experience, dont pay the remuneration till the delivery. Otherwise they wont deliver the product till you nag them to death and even after all that hassle they dont make full cooperation.I am sayingit again. They will convince you to pay it fully beforehand. But never fall for their trap. The Sales Manager from Chennai Foams India, Ramachandran, promised me a trouble free delivery. He was the one who came and took the measurements and confirmed the order. He knew that we live in third floor. But they just sent the product with a truck driver and no one else to bring it up to the flat we were living at. He expected to get the product to 3rd floor with the help of our security. They are money minded people who dont care about their customers. They promised they will send servicemen to bring the mattress up to my floor, but when I called him and said there was no one here to bring the mattress up, the only reply he gave us was, Sorry maam it was a mistake. The audacity he has to say it shows how the company doesnt care about good service. Take this into consideration before thinking about buying any product from here.

Inferior product. Bought for fixing my back pain. But matress sagged in middle and started giving back pain for my wife as well. Not only 72K hard earned money went waste but also now spending time/money for treatment as well. No responsible answer inspite manual inspection from store manager confessing inferior quality and patiently following up with them for last six month to fix the issue. Planning to file consumer case. Suggest to go reputed brand and dont fall trap

We purchased a queen size latex mattress topper from Foams India and we are so happy that we did! We have a very firm mattress and were often waking with back and shoulder pain. I have a previous back injury and it seemed to be agitated by the hard mattress. I researched extensively for the right mattress topper and definitely did not want any toxic foams and toxic gases so the natural latex mattress topper was perfect for us. Jaysoorya was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and the delivery was quick. The unpacking was easy and there was no toxic gases or smells as it’s a natural product. We slept on it the night it arrived and it has made an enormous difference to the quality and comfort of our sleep. We were advised to get the soft density to go on top of our firm mattress and that was the perfect choice. We no longer wake in pain and it’s just so incredibly comfortable. Game Changer!Wow. WOW! I received my Foams India Mattress right before surgery, and it made laying in bed for a few weeks so much better! Its unbelievably comfy, smells great (is that weird?), and my husband literally calls it the vortex because you never want to leave it! We also recently adopted our second dog, and the first thing she did upon entering our home was jump on onto our bed, roll around, and curl up. I had used pearl mattress for past 7years which was 4*6ft.. which was very comfortable till this day and I am still using it. Now got another bed which was 5*6.5ft, I had no other thoughts, ordered and got new pearl mattress. With my past experience mattress wont sag and very comfortable.

We are living in Mizoram, we had purchased a single-bed pearl mattress from Foams India, we found it was a wounderful mattress for both orthopedic and non-orthopedic individuals. Later after 3 years, we again purchased a double bed pearl mattress. It is worth for the cost it is sold.Forms India, Royapettah customer care personnel was very kind to ship the mattress within a week via Air Cargo all the way from Tamilnadu to Mizoram.We also had recommended Foams India mattress to couple of people and who are very happy with the bedding still today.This forms india mattresses have their own unique comfortableness, my son and husband are unable to sleep in other types of beddings.Foams India should keep up the same .. and server the mankind in the near future to come.All the best
