Dont ever buy any product in this shop.. such a poor customer support in my life.. Im just requesting a replacement product for the malfunctioned electronic item... The sales guy suddenly shouted at me ... if u need a poor customer support experience just buy a product and see their response.. I dont want to explain my problem in detail here ... And products are much higher than online price.. better go with online purchase.... The owner of this shop must train the staffs to deal with customers.. I promise that I dint use any abusive or local words.. I just complained the product but that guy shouted at me.. disappointed... He must be learn how to talk with customer in a friendly manner.

It used to be a good store. But now, completely inexperienced salesmen are roaming around with attending customers. They keep calling others to represent the customer and escaping. The worst part is, two different rates were given as estimates for the same product just in two days gap. The shop owner should look into this issue seriously in order to save their name and their customers.

We bought a bureau here 2 years back for Rs.9000. Now it has got rusted in the door. It is very light weight and quality is poor. The lock at door has become loose. Waste of money.

I recommend not to buy mobile accessories here. Theyre way over priced. I was looking for a JBL headphone which was priced online at 799 rupees. Whereas at Eagle mobiles, the same model was priced 1299 rupees and the salesboy told me this is a fast moving model, I can try to reduce 50 rupees and not more. I was startled to see the difference in the price. Seriously? 500 rupees margin on a mid range headphone? Sucks!

The worst company in delivering spares. In front of you they will promise so many. But nothing will happen.Godrej bureau extra plate full amount paid in January 2021.But not delivered till date.17-03-2021Not only that they are dodging.Please, without seeing the material do not pay for them.

My nearest place from home for shopping household electronic & furniture!! We purchased AC & we had to do a service.When dialled service centre they were not responsive, but then routed through Eagle. Things were sorted; we had a service from OEM supplier at free of cost!!That way this shop workers and owners are very responsive & quick in action. Kudos!!

One of the worst shops in Adambakkam. Poor after service, i have bought all my home appliances here in eagle as it is nearby to my neighbourhood.I have recently bought an AC from them, they told me like the installation charges are free but they got 500 as labour charge for removing my old ac and the installation person who came to my house told me like stand is compulsory as per company rules to avoid gas leakage,( i have been using my old ac in the slab for around 11 years & had no issues on gas leakage) he never mentioned abt the cost of the stand, later after completion he asked me 885 rs from me for stand,I told me u didn’t mention me abt the stand price, he just started a conversation like i mentioned u, then later he went to uninstalling the ac stand, which panicked me as the new ac was fitted, no one would want to uninstall it. Later the eagle customer person called me and supported him and he told the stand is around 500 to 700 , but the guy asked me 885 which he told there is an additional tax and u will be getting a bill in message which i din get earlier.So think before you go as there are many other shops in and around velachery, madipakkam nearby. Bad customer support, and when u get a product in EMI they will give us a look, this all together a very bad customer experience

Fraudster!! Dont buy products here they mind wash you by giving discount when you compare the discount price of same product online you would get 2000- 3000 rs cheaper price in online shopping site after discount. Delivery time is really poor even though if you give on-spot cash you wont get your products delivered that day. If you try contacting the company and its representatives for product delivery they wont respond you, they even switch off they phone. No basic mannerism. Last thing about emi policy though different provider to offer emi they never tell about the hidden charges. I personally took emi option, using my details without my knowledge they opened an insurance and deducted extra amount from bank along with emi amount. Though I had an insurance already. they levied me unnessarcy insurance amount waste of money. To say its my hard work. Think many time before you buy here compare with online pricing...because every single money is your hard work. Do not waste it! ONLINE SHIPPING IS BEST AND MUCH CHEAPER compared to this company product prices.

Delivery badly managed. I purchased one ultra grinder. They told deliver it in the evening. Later informed that will be delivered at night or the next day morning. Till evening we didnt receive. Went personally enquired and found that the item was taken to wrong address for delivery. Very bad. Previously also when I enquired for servicing repair of my iron three seater chair there was no response and ultimately i gave it to old article buyer. Very bad and they say all flimsy reasons

Worst experience with Eagle electronics, bought a Samsung TV. After billing no one from showroom cared to install the same or took action for installation .... Was going behind them for 5 days continuously .. They didnt even bothered to listen to it or take action on it... ..Still waiting for installation.... While buying they used to promise as if they are the best ...but reality is worse. .nit even worse.. Its worst .. .When u call the showroom, they used switch the call to many sales person and give some irrelevant reasons..

Very bad. They make false promise of installing AC on same day but never do that. While selling they will talk nicely and after that they wont attend calls. Never buy anything from this shop again. I will inform all my contacts about this shop. Not deserved for even 1 star.

Visited Eagle Moulivakkam Showroom, never think that such a big showroom on that place. All brand Available, immediate delivery they provided me. Also demo and Installation, what they said on that time its finished. I am really satisfy and sure I will recommend others.

Easily identifiable place. But parking on d road. Electronics, furniture, Home needs etc available at reasonable rates. You can bargain n get. Good service. Plastic chairs are with variety and quality. Door delivery also. Its a big showroom. Polite people. They r giving proper guidance. On week end d crowd is there. So you need some time to select.

This is a feedback for LG Ac bought last week from Eagle electronic and enterprise Tambaram . Worst experience ever... While buying Ac they talk good and suggest you to buy so that it can be a sale for them... Later they are least bother to come and fix the Ac.. After waiting for 3 days of back and forth calling... Ac was fixed and post which entire house was having earting issue.. Where ever you touch in the house we get current shock... Called up the guy and told him he said he would fix the next day morning which he did not show up.. After 2 days they sent a guy and the Ac was fix in a wrong place where earting was a problem... And still lots of work pending and no on have show up.. Installation charges was paid in the store itself not sure whether they are still looking for charges.. We have bought all the material as per there request and told them that we will pay the Labour charge as well still no one show up... This is really frustrating and worst experience with this store.. They just want to sale there products post which they are least bother... I will wait for tomorrow else I am going to file a complain against the store..

Not at all responding phone calls and there is no land line number to call. They are not even worthy of single star.

I had got an exhaust fan a year ago, from the time I got that, it wasnt working and too much of oil leakage. No response and no service from the companys side. Warranty and guarantee is all rubbish talks. Hate the service. I will strongly not recommend this shop to anyone. Not one appliance I have gotten here, functions well.

Bought TV and washing machine in this shop. Washing machine was delivered fast. My fault to go with a smart TV which was not displayed in the show room.
