Not a good experience, the senior sales women doest know how to talk with customer.I went to get tripod, it cost high when comparing with Amazon.She says we have our own rate and we dont compare with Amazon in a different tone which can be avoided.I have seen gestures 2nd time, when I went to buy camera battery,she did the same, but I bought the battery that time.Things can be done: Train her in communication skill and customer handling.

They dont know how to treat customers. You can buy a product cheaper online than at this store. If you come here just to see a product, still youll be disappointed because it wont be available. Even the services are highly priced and from previous reviews I understood that its not good either. I had a bad experience twice. Yes, I shouldnt have gone for the second time.

Worst service. Gave my Nikon D1x professional body along with a 50mm lens. Camera had a problem with sensor as the image was pink. They said that they will surely repair and took advance money just to check and see if it can be repaired. Went after a week and to my dissatisfaction they just destroyed and experimented with my camera. All the rubbers were falling off and had dendrite marks all over the camera edges. And obviously, the camera was not repaired. And as my nightmare couldnt get worse, they destroyed and played with my 50mm lens too. They said that they have cleaned it but after their cleaning the lens was not focussing anymore(it was a manual lens, all metal and pure glass). And on top of all they are claiming it must be bad too like the camera. Worst worst worst experience. They dont have good technicians not their own atleast.

Had given a Nikon cool pix which got cranky and draining battery in seconds. Paid RS.500 non refundable advance..got a feedback that parts not available..may not be worth repairing ...I chose to forget the cam and not bothered to collect it again . But received a call after a year saying that parts are now available at reasonable cost. Asked to pay 3500 etc.. had the working piece now.. Thanks to Smt.Prakashini. She has a passion to her job .money spent on the product on service is a reflection of the quality of the product.but salvaging it at some damage is ok.. this post is not an endorsement of the product but for the way the lady had handled the issue. IF there is a negative rating that is what this store needs!I took my NikonD3100 to their service center coz lens was getting stuck in auto focus mode. My camera was perfectly fine till then i had no issues on clarity of picture on auto focus. They repaired it, charged me Rs.3500 and at the end of it i have a camera that takes blur pictures on auto focus mode.The staff are the most awful people i have ever come across in my life! RUDE, UNWILLING TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER OR TO ENSURE THE WORK THEY DO THEY DO WELL! SLOPPY JOB & NOT BOTHERED! They tell me its time to change my lens, when my camera is less than 2.5 years old!NEVER GO THERE!

Please avoid this place for your photography needs. Once upon a time it was a nice place but now its terrible. Cameras are over priced and accessories are not genuine. To top it the staff is not at all helpful. Once they sell you something they will wash their hands off and not help you at all.
