I was invited to perform standup comedy at an event on the 11th September, 2021 at 5:30 PM. I reached the venue by 5:15 PM and was made to sit and wait until 7:30 PM to get on stage and perform although people started gathering by 6:30. By the time I had started to perform everyone was inebriated and nobody wanted to listen to or watch the event. I apologized to the person who had hired me and told him that it was completely ok for me forgo my payment, following which the organizer insisted that he would pay me for coming all the way and for making me wait.So when I called up a day later, there was no answer. following which, they got back to me on the 13th and questioned my work ethic as an artist.The point I m making is I AM AN ARTIST I MIGHT NOT BE RICH LIKE YOU TO LIVE IN A LARGE COMPLEX! I MAY NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO BUILD A HUGE SPORTSCOMPLEX but the one thing I have is my integrity as an artist. I dont really care for the Rs.3000/- that you offered to pay me as that was way below what I would normally charge, the only reason I agreed to perform was because Mr. Yogaraj from Kalakkapovadhu yaaru requested me in the very last second.Maybe before you question my integrity as an artist you would first check on your integrity as a human being for making me waste 3 hours of my life that I would never get back.Also, if any artist does come across this post, please refrain from agreeing to do any shows with this apartment group, its just a group of respectable rich people who look down upon everyone else.

Its a big mall located at thirumangalam Anna nagar. The entry is through a small road but easy to drive to car parking well designed and with sign boards. The parking area is very big and sufficient for large number of cars. Exit is also well designed takes you directly to main road to Anna Hagar West.

I visited Metro zone to meet my friend ,usually there will be a checking formalities in gate and they let me in with a visitors pass. Im visiting my friend for the past one year and I got a special visitors pass so that they wont stop at the gate any one who has the pass can reach the residents but today I had the pass they even considered the pass and asking to call the residents so I called my friend and my friend came all the way down to the back gate and showed the app to the security (a key or pass they resides their ) ,after showing all the things the woman didnt let us in and we re trying to make a conversation with her she never listen and asked to move side so the other persons can get the pass we did the same and waiting for her response she never reached us and the person in the counter doesnt know English or tamil we couldnt communicate with him , the general formality at the gates are reaching the counter and asking for a visitor pass by telling the tower and door number and the security will provide a pass,but that didnt end well , we both felt bad ,helpless and everyone looking at us , this all was happened in front of the security woman , she shouldve suggested the alternate ways like asking for special visitors pass or anything and this made a bad thing about Metrozone. And I dont think this is for security reason the Metrozone management should guide the staff to treat the visitor delivery partners and residents. The thing made us felt bad is the owner of the resident asked to let me in to the security staff the woman refused that made my friend humiliated. Why Im giving a feed back is management should educate working staffs of Metro zone to treat other humans well and its meaningless after spending a so much money and buying a flat and this type of things happens means no body gonna reach the relatives friends who reisdes in Metrozone .

DO NOT buy or rent here. Just think before you invest in this community. As a person that is living in this community, i wanted to share the inside reality so people can make informed decisions.I am currently a tenant here, decided to test waters before i purchase an apartment here and it turned out to be a good decision. The name luxury or premium only appears in the billboards not in the community.Forget about luxury, There are so many basic issues in this community. Dirty water in the taps and water with foul smell all the time, rodents, insects, snakes, stray dogs, shady looking parking lots, unfinished construction, terrible lifts and slow maintenance. you pay close to 6-7K as a maintanence fees every month depending on your sqft. and you get absolutely nothing for this. With so many apartments, the maintenance(JLL) office fails to proactively address basic things and improve the condition of the society. These are not even luxury amenities, so basic that you expect from any small community. You can use the same maintenance money to get better maintanence on your own in any part of the city.Think 2-3 times before you decide to pay so much money for renting or buying an apartment in this so called luxury apartments community.

Apart from A Olympic size swimming pool , 2 pool for the kids , Temple, Pharmacy,a private access to VR mall, Tennis court, they also have a club house which has Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, a restaurant, a small library, hall for small functions and many more. They have Guest suite as well.

Nice place, lots of activities including table tennis, a gym, a cricket net and other things. Also well maintained and clean and the other residents are generally respectful and well mannered. However the main downside is that loud music or cultural songs are often played loudly late in the night and early in the morning. Would otherwise recommend staying here.
