Water is problem in this area..

Worst apartments I have ever been. Forget about the resources, the management is very poor. No house owner will take care of your well being if you are rented person. All the management wants is money and nothing more than that. They dont maintain hygiene and if you ask their response will be very odd and impolite. I literally ran away from the apartment this may due to lack of water facility and all other stuff (I even left good amount of advance with owner itself, since I dont want to spend even a month in that hell). The little bit of water which they get, they will distribute to few houses by taking extra money. Worst culture. The amenities which they display here are just on pictures. They wont operate anything. No transport facility also. If you want to see this for rent purpose or own buying also, I warn you this appartment is next to hell. If you are bachelor, you may adjust but family please dont ever go here. This is my sincere advice. I dont want anyone face the same problem which the people over there are facing.

Water is salty

They fail in providing basic amenities. There is no 24*7 water supply. We need to pay extra money to get water and that too they will release water for 15 mins only every alternate days. Very poor management. This place is not recommended for families. There are other far more better appartments near to sriperumbudur. TVH Svaya is in a location where u do not have any public convenience, in terms of shops, transportation and all. This place sucks.

Peacefull area but facility not available

We are living in this flats comfortably and facilities are good. The apartment is well-designed for a happy living and it is very near to my office.

Infrastructure of the apartment is excellent but there is no nearby shops

Maintenance can be improved. Water getting logged in rainy days. -garbage disposal is not effective.

This apartment have 3 divisions of block A,B,C respectively . Each division has some 6 to 8 blocks of buildings . Each block comprises of 36 houses . A has 3 bhk, B has 2 bhk, C has 1 bhk prices vary according to the blocks respectively. It is located in a calm place beside a lake . U will feel lonely most of the time here bcz surrounding environment is covered with more empty places with trees and plants . Only one grocery shop is there inside. U have to travel some 4 km to reach highway roads connected with people around. Bus facility rare. U only can ask for a lift hiker most of the time if u dont carry any vehicle. Inside the place is very calm with lawns around for sitting . Swimming pool and a gym are there but not in use simply locked and pool dried .

We can get Appartment for rent. 1 and 2 bhk are avaliable at low cost.It has local store with all necessary things.The only disadvantage are atm not available, hotels not available, proper transport facility not available

Maintenance is very very poor,during raining season full campus be like a pond of rain water and drain water,and also water get enter in some of the room via bathroom/lobby drainage system,water supply is also very poor,full of mosquitos,no transportation facility some times will get private auto or mini bus.
