One of the best places to live in Chennai when we consider pollution. It is surrounded by race course, golf court and a huge bus parking lot. This results in huge open space around these apartments. So, good air, sunlight and noise free environment is assured. This place also had good green cover, thanks to Raj Bhavan.Located at about half a Km off Velachery road and one and quarter in from Guindy suburban railway station and Guindy Metro. The only drawback is it is little isolated and the nearest shop is about a km.

Used to stay in this property and vacated as the association is not dynamic and bad; and a lot of corruption is going on.Securities are getting money from every resident for providing the basic services (in addition to their salary), and whoever comes inside Newspaper, Milk Man, Plumber, Electrician etc. they have to give money otherwise they would not let them in. They will harass new residents to pay brokerage commission etc. Association knows all THESE very well, but still NOT taken any fair action,. Recently spoken to a known person staying there, as per her its more worse now. So providing the real inputs at least in future good people will not to be effected.Pros is calm location and no pollution.
