Nice air-conditioned rooms at the cost of 10k per month with food.But taste of food very poor.10-15 min walk from Ambattur OT.It is near LIC office

The locality is peaceful but coming to the rooms, non-AC room is very small and AC room is very costly around 10k. Adding to this there are many rules and regulations to the rooms: no outside food, no friends, no food after 10pm, should eat only at dining area, should not eat anything in rooms, only veg will be served(if you want non-veg, you have to buy it from outside and give it to the cook, theyll prepare it for you). And the whole building has surveillance.

Suresh the hostel manager misbehaved with me forcefully for not paying my rent. Most of my inner garments get lost while I leave the hostel and go for work. There was a worm in the hostel food they provided. Then while I leave the hostel and no one is around this manager hugs me and lowers his hand and touches me on my back.

WORST PG IN THE WHOLE FREAKING WORLD!Both the manager and owner are cheap money minded people who just want to loot your money.Staying there toully lose your peace of mind and the advance amount you pay will not be returned.So better choose a different PG.WORST PG EVER!Disgusting behavior by Manager(Suresh) and Owner(Sundar).

One of the stupid pg ever I seen .frnds pls dont prefer this pg .they talk sweatly in beging but they dont care abt us.they need only our money.food is not good here.they r not allowing outside here..they talk stupid rules..they dont care abt guest problems.

Nice hostle but average food. Good maintainance

1) The food is really horrible and outside foods are not allowed2) AC is not at all working properly but well functioning ACs leaks water on the bed.3) There are some power supply passing on the water taps and the management didn’t take the issue.4) I don’t know why it takes to repair a washing machine for more than 3 months and still it’s not functioning.5) No proper locks for the door. Unwanted peoples repeatedly enters our room without our permission (including manager). No privacy.6) They don’t respect the students who are preparing for NEET and JEE.7) Bed covers are not changed or washed properly.8) Some other will occupy our room if we go to our native for two days. So our things are removed from the room without our permission ( especially student’s room).9) Great place to waste our money for no reasons. They don’t allow some other roommates to enter our room for 10 mins also.10) I know Wi-Fi means wireless fidelity , but it connects for no reasons.With all these problems don’t know why I’m paying 10,000 every month. They simply ask us to vacat the room if we complain all these. They just wanted our money to be paid in the first week of the month but still none of the problems are solved for past 5 months.Managers : Suresh and Mohan (simply waste)(I’m not willing to give even a star).

It is nice , Im from hyd basically .. the food is awesome ,,they clearing every day rooms , maintaining good quality of food ,the manager is (suresh ji)is take care of all the responsibilities.. very good in a good manner ..compare to other PGs in ambattur this one is very good ,thanksLaxman Diddi

Not bad .But horrible rules are there i.e outside foods not allowed and cook wont cook nice food at all.if you are a foodie then it is not apt for u.to eat chapatti u need to have atleast 4 hands.stronger than wall..
