Very best place for bachelors ..Perfect rent..,,and nice rooms also owner is good person.

Am staying here.nice place to stay.6 of my friends and myself staying for rent.this complex is of 3 floors and consists of more than 10 portions.rent we are paying monthly is 11000 and you can cook here and you can feel at your home here..house owner is very friendly and this place has 24 hrs water supply and very good terrace..

Best place for bachelors, reasonable rent price. Average maintanence., Average water service ., Good location, but you cant get sunlight as this place was surrounded by tall buildings..

Money minded person.very worst place

The owner is Mr.Sakthivel, such a money minded person. Only Bachelors are allowed here mostly. Little inner area, but near to Ampa Skywalk may be 1 KM from there. You can rent here if there is no other option :(

Very rush place..there is no parking area..poor ventilation in rooms. In summer season ac should be needed

Residential place.. They are lending out only for bachelors.. Bike parking is there inside. Ventilation is not proper for some of the rooms.
