Worst experience staying here. We lived in first floor right by the staircase. The house owner lady is a ex-police service woman and she doesnt even understand the tenants concerns. During the time of advance repayment, they keep delaying saying N reasons without any update. During settlement time, they charge amount for the repairs which they themselves didnt fix at the time of handing over. For one reason or other, the owner will extract 3 months rent from you when you move out. If you dont plan on sleeping anymore, then you may rent the house.
