Apartments are build as a gated community. Its newly built so lot of vacancy is there.But the location is deep inside the lane. And in Compare rooms are a bit small

A budgeted flats in a calm decent resident area. Ruby builders are known for its quality and commitment. The finishing of the flata came nicely though there is a delay. Engineers and office staff are very co operative in clearing your doubts. As i said these are budget flats. Any customization is your resppmsibility and dont expect more from builders
