Rooms are very spacious and airy . Good location. But apartments are very dusty due to pigeon droppings. Even very poor maintenance and security.

A good residential apartment with parking lots in a calm and tranquille area . However, its very old and could be maintained better.

Very poor maintenance and water scarcity is more here.... Improper securities and stairs varenda are cleaned once in a week and it will very dirt on rainy days....

Weird compound rules and no parking space for 2 or 4 wheelers. Only console is the close proximity to Velachery main road or camp road junction.
