Local mafia control the FMS,buildings are prematurely ageing due to high corrosive index breeze from backwaters(second highest in india after sriharikota),added to this the habit of residents using acid to clean toilets weakening the structural beams,and prices are falling.Second sales are at 30 % discount within 10 years.

I have lived here for nearly 2 years. Facilities are very good. You have grocery shop, gym, swimming pool, laundry, car washing space, park, Open air theater, security and what not. Never faced any water scarcity problem unlike other apartments. They have their own sewage treatment plant. It was only because of this apartment, my stay at Chennai was wonderful. By the time I left there was some construction work going near the pool so water was not cleaned properly. Overall, worth living.

Good place on the whole. This is one of the nice place to live as there are multiple problems in the gated community that we have faced. Even during the flood period in Chennai this area was not affected. People shall very well try this place. Please like the comment if it is interesting. Cheers.

The usage of clubhouse is optional and the usage charge is ₹500/head. Has ample open car parking facilities along with separate space for visitors car parking.

Pushpadruma is a housing complex of flats built on the Old Mahabalipuram road on the 41st km from Chennai.Small shop and other amenities including ATM facility is available.Flats for rent are available.Nearest town is Thiruporur.A village ambience provide good drinking water and pure air.

Living is good.... But for those who are gonna rent a flat there will have a tough time ...dealing with the security personnel ..in case of visitors n outing

Very Bad Experience …Last 4 years my family staying here as tenant and vacated.1) Water problem : Most of the residents are facing health issue . No proper water quality review2) Sewage management : pathetic situation here , very bad smell in recycled water and can see fluted waste in water harvesting line . Mosquito count is very high in recent months .3) Lift : Is a mandatory one not at all working , may be 20 mins waiting to get .4) Security : Security has no control in front gate and exit gate . One big portion of wall fall down after last cyclone , no action to rebuild it . Outside people entered through the way at night time .5) Very Bad management team : My wife and one owner visited one of the association person to explain few complaints, he behave very badly . She (owner) has two house in Pushpadruma and decided to vacate by sell and Rent . My wife gives me two option after the meeting , Send her with parents or vacate the House .All can see abnormal verbal motions in notice board every month against the owners who made any complaint against management.Very sad to write this comments , But to reduce my anger no other way
