Very nice structure. From security in the front gate to swimming pool in the top floor, everything is good.

I am staying in this apartment as one of the Tenant for last 3 years. This is the only apartment which is located on Perumbakkam main road. The rent ranges from 17k to 26k based on the size of the apartment.The amenities available are Gym, Barbecue Deck, Swimming pool, function hall (accommodating 70 max) in 16th floor.The apartment association (MARWA) are doing a fair job.

Excellent place to live and great amenities

A close friend of mine moved there a couple of months back. He occupies a three bedroom flat on a higher floor. I visited him recently. I remain in awe. parking lot for visitors, camera bell, spacious lift,very airy apartment, great outside view. Must confess that my friend too had done up his house in taste. There is generated power supply and free water. markets close by. A great place to live!

Very good residential place with good parking facility and water having transport facility for 24 hours.Good security with fully equipped good technology camera having a French load and restaurants in basement floor.One of the biggest towers @ perumbakkam and very much access to sholingalur.

Just on the main road, opposite to school. Adjacent you have OMR Street Food , Hotel, Super market, Pazhamudhir cholai and many shops at walking distance. High rise 15 floor building with all luxurious facilities.

Well maintained building. Rental is not high, good value for money

Malles Automation and Robotic systems pvt Ltd company (R&D) was in basement floor. Had a good experience with them and learned a lot.

Construction and location is a big plus. Has all regular amenities.

No visitors parking area.. very limited parking space
