Good place - with okay maintenance. But the lift is not placed properly. Its placed in the mezzanine floor whereas you will have to climb stairs even if you use lift. Other than that - prime location and good residential cum commercial building

One of the very few places that stayed dry during the 2015 floods. Power and water throughout. Small neighborhood where everyone knows everyone else and care for each other. Great place. Not too many facilities other than a very small swimming pool. Has super convenience with everything and I mean everything in walking distance.
