Spacious common area for kids to play and elders to walk around. Plenty of lightings at night plus 24*7 security, lift, generator backup and water.

Tap water quality is worst due to poor maintenance..too much rules for the tenants..Pets are not allowed .. you cant grow plants in your own Balcony..
