Once upon a time a hot and happening place but now with the coming of new malls across Chennai this place has lost its sheen!

I happened to visit digital Digi services and shocked to see the complex. Well it has tradition added to it. There is no shops to be very clear only authorized service centers are available . Namely brands like Braun, Sony etc

A great location in egmore to live in. Its quita an old apartment full of rich & classy people living in. Top floors has decent PG for guys ( this does not create any disturbance as it is managed by professionals). Ground has shopping complex. Beside the building is Alsa Mall. Best part is you get wine shops ( 1 in Alsamall & the other is on road) in just 2 mins walking distance. Must not forget to try the varities of sandwiches from multiple roadside stalls very close-by (this place gets fully crowded by youngstarts over weekends & nights, but again dont worry for any kind of diaturbance)

The place does not have clear sign board or clear information of which shop is on the right side of the building and which is on the left. No direction of shop no.s nor information of floors in which shops are in the ground floor for all the floors. The security does not even knows which is basement/ground floor, wrong guidance. Complex is not in a good shape in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.

Old building with apartment and stores u get all the necessary amenities nearby

Good Shops on 1 St & 2 nd floor.Above all 5 floors are residential Houses.5 th floor have a costly PG but good & clean.Building is very old.

Busy and central place. But building is unhygienic. Society should collect some money from each office and maintain the washrooms well.
