This is the place where I lived... spent most of my very good times..

Very friendly and easy to access things like gym, metro, shopping, etc..,

The apartments were built about 2decades back.The entire area is maintained clean without any litter or garbage in sight. Watchmen are posted in the complex.However the common amenities like overhead water tank, external walls and the plastering etc are in a very bad state.

Accommodation and other features are good.... But, scarcity of good water is here

Budget appartments for middle class people in chennai

Lack of good water..... Calm place....

A Place where bachelors can live. It is not suitable for family.

It is a cluster of average ranking apartments with minimum facilities are provided.

Close to 10-15 yrs old buildings with smaller rooms. Less of parking space.

Old apartment but neat look
