Very good apartments. Have 2 and 3BHK. Park with playing equipment for kids is there. Gym is ok. Gravel badminton court and indoor tabletennis. Nice huge terraces. 5-6 homes per floor,3 floors per block, and 5 blocks. Lot of convenient facilities nearby like schools, guru nanak college,tons of shops and 2 malls within 3km. 3 gateways which can be used as both entry and exit. Gated community. Lots of cleaning staff who do their job very well. Greenery is a bit less but good amount.Edit: They dont allow to play any games except non ball ones while almost all the kids wanna play football, cricket etc. Their rather SURPRISING ideology is that a sponge ball or stress ball can break a car windshield. We cant play properly in street since tons of vehicles and some people who dont want kids to play.

This apartment is very good if you dont have children, but if u have one they are not gonna let you play any game except badminton and some running games.No football or cricket so children dont enjoy here at all.
