Well maintained without garbages in & around but it is in one way in woods road behind express avenue so make sure you are going from mount road, because that is the way in, as you cant enter from g.p. road.

This complex is a good place for Office accommodation with good parking facility . Nearby Taj club house, fab India and Express Avenue is a added advantage to set up a Office here

Worst facility Ive ever visited. The restroom theyve is more like a public toilet! And the securities over there are more of morons, they dont know how to treat people. Ditch water spread everywhere on the road which results in suffocation. I personally do not recommend visiting this place.
