Very peaceful area in centre of city... All transport facilities are there corporation bus, metro train, autos etc.. very busy junction but no noise disturbance. My bro living here .only negative comment is mosquitoes this complex is very close to coovam river. They cant control the mosquitoes.

Very very old, not well maintained complex. Only good is car parking space is available.

This was once an office forSICAL latter converted as housing complex where most of our employees bought..since it is on the banks of Adyar river brone for flooring..
