Unbelievably spacious for an apartment complex

Its in a very main location and maintained well because its the first project of ASTA

Building quality is good but the hardware fittings are bad.The maintenance team here is a pain the back, in the name of security they are making residents life a living hell.As per the amenities gym and kids play area is just enough for the residents. Swimming pool is not opened due to some permission issues and no one knows when or if it will be open any sooner. Outside park for kids doesn’t have enough equipment, amphitheater is not used often.Approach from k.k.nagar side has problems sometime due to a crematorium road adjacent to this. Arcot road approach is very good with 8 speed breakers.

The layout of houses is not up to the mark. The bedrooms could have been bigger and space could have been better utilized. The area is a prime locality connecting arcot road side and kk nagar.

Decent but not that much well designed. Center in city but Graveyard and Cremation place very near to the property . Even C&D block just 500 to 600 feet near . This news is now revealed by the marketing guys . That is not good b cos some may feel bad to live near to graveyard and cemetery near by .

I tried visiting the place on reference. It took me quite a long time to get to that area and return back cos of extreme traffic. but ultimately the sales person didnt bother to show me around and was like, there are no model flats around. sucks. why should i even consider such a place ?!
