Really great place to stay. Nice silence atmosphere. If anyone tired of being in a citys traffic, sounds, pollution etc, then its a better place.Good place to stay if u are working in Adyar.

Advaita Blossom - Not a professional builderAfter almost a year of purchasing an apartment from Advaita Homes, I am depressed. Have I made a wrong selection? I think so. Until this date, I have not received OC, CC, Property Tax. Received Allotment letter and no dues letter two days ago. EB card received a fortnight ago!!No permanent water source yet. Well is in OSR, childrens park, WTP are in OSR. STPs operations are poor. Trial and error operation leading to unhygienic, colored, odorous STP water in flush tank. Regular stench. Bore-wells not identified. Existing bore-wells not cleaned and opened to use. Even name boards for residents not filled completely.Poor customer service response. No reply to emails. Flip flop over commitments. Car parking spaces not designed well. Even the apartment numbering convention has not been done professionally. Every time they say their customers are happy. Same story, same song - we are doing the best, but you are always finding fault with us. Not professional. They argue a lot. Dont give the customers the respect they deserve.Sales team gives false promises. No quality certificates. No professional approach. So, beware of your investment.Fake five-star raters - one day you will be a victim. Someones fake five star raring will derail your life. You will regret. Stop playing for money.

I am glad that I am getting satisfied with this management on all levels.They do come up with new solutions to deal with us on a professional levels. So were looking forward on continuing progress.
