Was promised a great deal of quality at the time of purchase which was not met at all. The construction quality is sub-standard and in a matter of few years everything seems to be crumbling. The response from their project team which is supposed to be handling these issues is downright pathetic. They seem to oppose any issues that one brings up rather than look at resolving it. I intended to invest in other Godrej properties but given this experience, I am glad that I did not!
