Decent place. Near highway. But no proper parking facility. Water is slightly salty. No connection for metro water yet.

Lots of street dogs. No safe for kids.

Went to my best friends home. Very nice apartment complex and I felt a homely atmosphere.

Nice apartment, situated near India Land IT park, on the way to Tambaram highway just a Kilometer from Mogappair Bus Stand. No covered car/bike parking. Maintenance costs Rs. 1500 and rent for double bedroom is Rs. 12000 aprox.

This apartment has good parking facility and maintenance are neat and clean. Water quite salty during summer in rainy season you will get some good water. Still there is no any water problem. 3BHK n 2BHK are available here rental are quite affordable. Mostly occupied by family. Type of gated community.

Review is not worth for this apartment.. almost 20 dogs inside with all kind of disease 🪰🦟🪰

First time visitors find it difficult to locate... parking problem...complex must be painted ... during rainy season s,water logging problems must be rectified... especially ground floor peoples...

Infrastructure are good 👍,need play ground for childrens 🙄.

Apartments are old but strong. Security is weak. Sometimes lifts wont work. No covered car parking. Lot of street dogs inside the apartment. Neighbors r nice. There is no association.

Good residential community, security person is there but not much satisfied, very close to Ambattur bypass junction. Good parking space for visitors too. Accessibility to public transportation is not much easier, ola cab available easily.

Nice and cosy residential apartment. Its almost outside the city but it is equipped with almost all the amenities in the vicinity.

Educated people but wont follow rules.Strong association but wont do anything or hesitate to spend daddys money for public convenience.Experienced staff @ association but wont advice office-bearers as a result of poor salaries.During summer there is severe water shortage or lack of it - clear unpreparedness to replace or repair motors or do anything at all.During winter there is water inundation with sewage overflow - association office bearers exhort people to wade in sewage water to increase immunity. They wouldnt spend a pie to remove stagnated sewage water.Easily accesible entry for crooks or questionable elements. But crooks should beware of packs of dogs breeding in the compound which could take off a pound of flesh if it doesnt recognise you.Most unsafe place with suppressed basic amenities. Dont ask questions- the common refrain would be , we are not paid servants, we are doing social service thats all. If you dont like our activities why not youngsters take part to help us ? Would be forgotten & the same set of old bards with singing experience would be in place, saying they are used to it. They say initially the bad effects would be there but if you put up with it, like you do with your wife it wont bother you is the common refrain.Worst of all some apartments are haunted & nobody does anything about it.

Avg apartment right on chennai bye pass road. Its no where near VGN Minerva or other apartments on the stretch when it comes to amenities and quality. Just an avg apartment be sure you dont miss it when you take the U turn from VGN Minerva to KG apartments. Not easily visible from the main road.

Residing in this apartment for 3 years, cheapest in mogappair locality, good maintenance of external area, space available for walking, maintenance fee affordable, rent exists from 10k to 15 k two bedroom and 3 bedroom flats are available. Single bedroom flats are also available, big parking space available, but not covered one. Security is good and helpful, electrician and plumbers are available for small works, good place for children for playing, cycling,. Nearby to velammal vidhyalaya below 1 km. Lot of private vans are available for sending children to nearby schools. Atmosphere is good some cultural programs are conducted by association for all age groups during national holidays. Now rents are slowly increased. Good to choice to old houses at affordable rates but issues are there in documents,. Water facility is good, during floods water stagnated but not entered in houses. Good choice for rental.

Alacrity built the flats but Karnads, the developers, ran away with the money of flat owners. The greed of the owner of the land, Ranga Rao, killed the project further.
