A big housing complex in Irumpuliyur. Reaching roads are horrible. You will get back pain if you keep traveling every day to this location.

Safe place during rainy season. we were very safe and no flood water entered in the event of flood destroyed whole chennai city.we can access by walk from perunkalathur (2.4 km)and tambaram railway station( 3.2km) if auto and metro bus strike declares.

Ruby Residency is a kind of society located in Tambaram which is 3 KM from Tambaram Railway station and 1.5KM from main road. No public transport. If you have own vehicle it much better other wise book a cab. It has Ground plus 1 floor. If you are allotted parking area its fine otherwise ita a bit problem. Rent is less and 24 hrs. water is available.Mobile network is very weak. Only BSNL optic fiber broadband is available.
