Bought flat here. Locality is good center place to access tambaram,medavakkam and new kilambakkam bus terminus. All location access within 15km. Water source is good. Hope get the flat before deadline

Very high price for this area. Ruby is kind of King in this part of chennai so quality will be great. Amenities also should be great. Very reachable 2 mins walk to busstop or share auto.

Super place to live, completely surrounded by green and fresh air and ground water is good, super connectivity to to GST, Vandalur Kelambakkam road and medavakkam, I will recommend this place to all my friends and relatives
