Dont even think of taking up this property unless you have no visitors visiting you. The property has no provision for outsiders parking as the entire place is occupied by houses who park their vehicles out. So it will be one hell of a trouble for people who buy apartment here. Water could be a problem too. So on the whole not an exciting property to buy considering that they do not bind by any strictures or rules.

No Problem for the first 5 years, since then we were facing multiple issues. The worse being, there is a water leakage from the above floors toilet leaking into our home! Bad Quality.

I own an apartment built by pace builders. Had gone through lots of stress and agony throughout till date due to their indifference to the buyer , poor service and huge delay in completion esp paperwork. Pls think million times before you choose them.
