Huge place with all the amenities inside. The place has a huge park well suited for evening walks. I loved the place while I lived here. The maintenance is now taken care of by the association itself ( previously it was the builder) and things have changed tremendously after that

Mixed population are living here. Fully secured campus. Good space for morning or evening walk and jack. Children play area is also good. But the house size and room sizes are incredibly smaller. The approach road is a single way posing issues in driving safe.

Good gated community. However its far away from the highway and less amount of shops around to buy stuff. Rooms are spacious and big enough. If you are working nearby and dont mind travelling on the narrow roads to reach your office, then this would be an economical place to stay. Rent is pretty cheap here for the space being offered. This is obviously because its in the outskirts. It has lots and lots of apartments, so you may easily find some available for rent. Infact, they are arranged in blocks and has security all over the vicinity. I was told they have power backup and a grocery story for all necessary stuff. Three stars because its in the outskirts.

Gated community apartments. Location is good with peaceful ambience. No noise and air pollution. Park amenities is a plus. And there is no public transport to reach the destination. Avoid traveling alone during nights

STP water is not working smell from toilets, no security camera no parking. Tenants are Ill treated by association. Be aware before moving to this place.

Nice peaceful secluded. But has nearby things like SBI ATM, vegetables shops(local so cheap from the market rate), inside the campus there is a provisional store for other things like kitchen, bathroom and self care assesories. Great place to 🌟 watch too.✌️But its a bit interior. Better if you have a vehicle assistance or there is Cosmo Shuttle services every hour, starting from 7:00 am in the morning.

One of the worst places in the planet . Don’t understand the needs of the people staying in society. So selfish and behave like illiterates . Needs more maturity and common sense. I will give my rating as minus 1 . They don’t deserve 1 rating also .

I was a tenant here before I purchased a flat in resale. This is great place to live with your family. Specially for families with young kids. Kids have plenty of space to play and refresh. Though there is some inconvenience at the moment because of the transition from Builder to Association, but this would be temporary.

Great Place For IT Employees working in Siruseri Sipcot IT Park

It is far away from Chennai main city but it good for them who are working in Sirisury IT park. Rent is very reasonable. Flats are good. Lot of greenaries. Fresh air is easily available. Lot of shops are available near to Provident Cosmo City.

Perfect retirement place and those working in sipcot looking for lowest rental stay around. U cant survive without a bike or car. Need to have a hell patient to live here and digest everything.

Its a huge apartment which has 3 floors for a block, 4 flats a floor which includes a 2BHK flat out of 4. A peaceful place where you get amenities like park, gym, supermarket and swimming pool inside the campus. Cost of loving is very reasonable and the only disadvantage is transportation. You will definitely need a two wheeler or four wheeler. Otherwise this place is a heaven for people who is working in SIPCOT IT park.

Staying here since 2 and half years.. good place to stay as it is near the it park. Security is bit less, they charge maintainance but its very poor, worst construction. Not recommended for owning a flat but can stay and vacate once we change the job.

Meet the residents before you Buy Property here. Its been 2 years and we are yet to get the carpark eventhough we paid for it separately. the locality is good but the access roads are bad. This mini retirement town is a good place to stay away from city traffic and pollution. Close to IT hub. But far away from city

I own a flat here. Love the ambiance. Park looks refreshing. Gym is mediocre. Maintenance response for a complaint takes at least 48hrs. Major issue i faced is the transportation, particularly the roads are not good outside the gated community. 1.5 km to reach the Pudupakkam bus stop (bumpy ride). Overall its a good place for retired people and for IT people working in SIPCOT/OMR.

Worst experience taking a flat here.They have been harassing with all sort of rubbish behaviour.Third class people demanding money and looting the people in society.They have goons who keep harassing people.

Nothing to describe about this flats.. There is no proper understanding between builder and flat owners. Thats why maintenance quarrel is not yet resolved. Dont surprise to see power cuts, no DG backup, Separate charges for maintenance like unlocking door,flush water issue regularly. Maintenance charge also too high compared to many apartments. No proper help desk,They start irritating us when we ask something in English by commenting us in themselves and shows attitude. Of course there are few advantages as well like nice play area for children, 24/7 security, Good water(providing bad water for toilets), no vehicle sounds, super market (price is high on veggies n all).Flush water smells like we feel as if we are living beside drainage oftenly... Worst maintenance..

Place is good to stay. But have some constraints .1. Transportation is not up to the mark. Even we have community travels wont help much for early hours and late night .2. Backup was not provided now a days . We are facing issue from couple of months.3. We have swimming pool. But it was too small . Cant afford for even 10 ppl at a time . The strength of place is around 1000 families ...4. Car parking not yet settled and also its open parking.5. No balkani. Need to go upstairs for wet the cloths .6. Security was not up to the mark . Not sure when they will follow rules .

Low budget low rise flats. Accessibility is an issue if you dont have your own vehicle. Air circulation is too low because of large number of buildings.

Poor Construction and Paint work. Water Seepage is one of the many complaints by the residents.In house repair charges are high. The response time to fix issues are very high.No covered car parking. No Balcony. Drying clothes would be difficult.The nearest bus stop is 2 kms.There isnt much choice when it comes to internet Service provider. Only Airtel is available now.The cellphone reception for data/internet is quite bad. 4G availability is less.Wood work or buying cupboards and wardrobe is a must because the construction does not have shelves.Dish Antenna wiring and internet or telephone wiring couldnt be done as concealed wiring because of improper design. You got to go for drop wire.There is monkey and street dog Menace.There are security guards available round the clock.Housekeeping work and garbage collection is quiet good.Jogging/Walking tracks available.Its huge apartment complex.

This apartment is too remote from OMR access. The flats are very smalls in size. No covered parking. You will feel isolated from city if you choose to be here.

Worst maintenance past one day no water supply .people are suffering without water even basic needs and no alternative for water sources .Another things is lift also not working past three month children & senior people suffering without lift function. Please check before going this cosmo city poor maintenance

As a Owner of Flat , I would say nice place to live with schools , hospitals near by , also the IT Park for Work. Better to stay away from polluted Chennai city with hell lot of traffic. Only disadvantage I faced was I got my keys for the flat after 2 years they promised , still no compensation provided by them.

Very convenient for SIPCOT engineers. Reasonable rents for 2 BHK & 3 BHK. Parking is reserved. Essentials are available inhouse shop and lots of shops coming up in front gate. Good lights and breeze from the sea are making this very comfortable. Connected to Kelambakkam with a hourly run van. Velichai bus stop is near and walkable for MTC buses. The village Pudupakkam is exploding with lots of developments.

If you look at the company brand name and reputation really good and with ref to this provident cosmo city - the way this company works is really horrible and pathetic.Sales person will do his job perfectly as trained. Site Engineer will not give the right progress in the site.One notch above all of these person are the CRM - worst person as they dont have any idea what the hell is happening in the site and will bluff to their wish. They will never stick to one particular date and every month you will hear new dates which will be minimum a 3 months push. The beauty what I have experienced is, in Feb 2013 they declared that the building is on course and 85 % construction is closing on and for completing the remaining 15% , the time they hare floating is 15 -18 months now - wow what a management. At this point of time eve after 10 months from Feb 2013 they are no where close to 65 -70 %.To my experience - they too proved the Indian Company mentality on a customer - still the purchase is made we are at the mercy of customers and once they are in our hands- they are at our mercy - fantastic.Finally those who are interested in investing your hard earned money in provident - think as many times you want - once you go to them - your are trapped.

Budget homes located in peaceful area, but quality of construction is poor.Peaceful place for family with open parking, small grocesry shop, lawn, swimming pool,gym, kids play ground..As this is outer area, theres no MTC bus service from main entrance of apartment to siruseri or kelampaakkam. If we are out, parents want to go out for some emergency, they have to book cab, or get auto in main entrance.

I paid a booking advance of 4 Lakhs to Mr.Venkatesh from the sales team for unit A23-102 Provident Freedom. After paying the same I came to know about below concerns regarding Provident Cosmo City and Freedom located in chennai.1) Out of 143 Lifts almost 121(80%) of them does not function. The same is due for service for years.2) Water Recycling plant is a big concern, whereas due to malfunctioning the water quality is not in a usable state.3) Power Backup is advertised as part of the brochures but internally they are switched off, no power backup is provided for last one year.4) Car Parking - Purvankara says it is open reserved but allotments are still due for folks who are within the community for last 5 years and shortage for new comers.5) Gym - All the equipments are broken and it is not at all safe, even to enter in to the same6) Indoor Games - Same state as such of Gym7) Swimming Pool - The water is too much contaminated and dirty, zero maintenanceAfter coming to know about all the issues, I requested for the cancellation. Here comes the terms and conditions which says I should pay 1 Lakh for Cancellation. It is Atrocious.I am not taking back my booking because of my own reasons, it is only due to the inability from Purvankara to maintain the property.

Its a place you want to live if u want to save money.. its 4 to 5 ks from kelambakkam or 4kms from mambakkam . House are cheaply constructed where if one person talks inside their house the neighbour can hear it too. There is covered parking so your precious car with get all the summer heat and heavy rain fall so dont get surprised when ur car starts to get rusted. There are no backup generators in case of power shutdown.

Has the best in premise open spaces other than TVH ouranya , and a working swimming pool even though small .Its just a bit isolated and into the in skirts from siruseri sipcot .The only con is that one needs to have ones own bike /car to commute . I have stayed in 5 places before in kazhipatur ,padur navallur before deciding to stay here
