These apartments are at good locality in mugapair west. They have a decent community. They have 2 childrens play area, lot of empty space, one ground for activities. They also has a community Hall. The apartment blocks are of 4 floors with common terrace and ground floor parking space. Electricity backup is there for common areas, houses can avail power backup based on maintenance payment. Bus facility is available to CMBT. The water is no problem but is of more hard water with white sediment over the vessels on regular usage of water.

Very big apartment with over 500 houses(516 to be exact). Three parks and plenty of place to play...gym and party hall available....grocery and stationary store are also there....

It’s a place to buy houses and it has place to children’s to play and it have lot of parking structures

The apartment is so spacious. Has a good parking structure and play area. Pollution is less here as it is away from the city traffic which also makes this place less noisy. The place is well connected to the city streets as well as the highways which makes commuting easy. Public transportation is less so you need your own vehicle to travel places.

Nice and quiet. Its nice inside but kinda dull outside. The parking is all messed up. But apart from these, its a nice place.

Good environment and peaceful atmosphere to live. More free spaces between blocks. Senior citizens friendly. If any one want to enjoy the life just look for a flat over there and the rest of your life is ensured with enthusiasm.

Neat and green place to live.. All facilities available near to it and parking for visitors available lifts are there but old.. Other all like backup power, water is frequent..
