Here is what I like* Doctors were professional. They explained me the medication and got me back to normal* Cleaning staff were good. They cleaned the rooms everyday, changing covers for pillow, bed and sanitized. Room is tidyHere is what I didnt like* Your insurance desk is pathetic. I had to follow up multiple times with my insurance provider emailing them your hospital docs cause you didnt upload them properly. Wasted the whole day getting on my nerves. Lady was very keen for not using cashless facility untill I stood my ground.* they never asked if I preferred a veg/non veg food. I was given non veg food, I found it without even opening and explained staff I was a pure veg, they took the pack returned the same after removing the non veg product. Thats not how it supposed to be..* food is worthless. I know every hospital food is horrible but didnt expect you to get it from street vendor.* dont ask your patient to use service elevator. I was asked to go through that for some reason, ended up outside hospital on the adjacent road while someone was waiting in the reception for me.* Dont pester the attenders to pay money everyday calling them multiple times. I understand recent covid times were hard with hospitals filling up, but I have never seen this behavior elsewhere.

Will not recommend this hospital even to enemies... worst administration and services. Gynecologist gives one appointment time and comes after 2hrs per her convenience. Horrible service from the receptionists. Whenever we call for booking with Dr Gayathri, they will ask for the detail and contact number. Then again when we call back to check if the dr is available, they will respond as there was no booking and dr not available. Better to reach out the dr somewhere else or find another doctor. This hospital is utter waste

Came in with a serious burn on my midriff which was attended to immediately. My burn was treated and dressed in a matter of minutes after I was checked by the doctor. It was a boon to have the hospital close by, their emergency ward was very prompt in helping me. Thank you for your timely assistance.

Worst hospital ever .. even if it’s a life taking emergency do not enter this hospital for anything.. they will threaten you as if you will be dying in next few hours if you don’t get admission or if you don’t take the glucose dips.. later based on your profile they will try to create some ghost stories and will be keen / forcing you to get the admission..I should have figured out the reason why this hospital was empty even when a 3 rd rated clinic was flood with patients but they’ll is hospital was having one receptionist one doctor who flirts with that sleeping nurse all the time ..If you are not careful enough and if you inform that you have any sort of insurance.. please take care of your kidneys because next thing they will lure is to steal your kidneys ..Never trust the doctors in this hospital specially.. have been and seen other hospitals too but this is ultra legendary in robbing your money ..Now matching my scenario:I had my wife sent to this hospital for dehydration due to heat.. even a kid knows that dehydration will be fixed by glucose drops or by a injection which will arrest the private part pain ..However my wife was said that she got severe dioreah.. and needed to be admitted right away .. however she accepted for the glucose dips since the doctor was forcing it ..Later after few minutes doctor came rushing to room informing that she has to get admitted and do a minor surgery And will get opinion from surgeons ( no wonder what that doctor was planning to do )When we refused very strongly doctor just showing his attitude face and informed to the nurse ( admission podadugha pola .. dips mudinjadum morning Ela bills ah yum charge pani anupi vitru )How cheap right ? But the hospital was costly enough for everything..we got a room with stinking urine smell which was flooded with mosquitoes and insects and a unflushed toilet .. we paid 2700 for the 4 hours observing in that I have to call the sleeping nurse 10 times …And for no reason we were asked to take the blood test for 700 rupees and no one least bothered to tell what happened to the blood test report and why they took itFinally when everything got over my wife was asked not to get out of the room until and unless I pay the bills and was forced to sit in the room itself ( I have an 11 months old baby sleeping at home ) and when I asked the receptionist how long will it take to handle the bills she simple said server down it will take another 30 mins to complete and relax fully teaching her junior on how to type words in the computer.. such a shame ..I will make sure each and every one whom I know in this world will know this story about your hospital

Worst hospital in avadi ., I mean this is not hospital it is a training centre for who deserves training and experience gaining purposes. They pay low wages to doctors . Receptionist, nurses , doctors are inexperienced. I got admitted a few days back., Regular MBBS duty doctor only attends the concern . Special doctor will say the methodolgy and they will leave the hospital , only duty doctors doing the part . Very inexperienced doctors they are . 90% Nurses are training students only they even dont knew how to dress the wound , what is going on .Night duty doctor is training young girl she done MBBS few months ago is duty doctor for the whole hospital at night times. Treating the patient very worst. hospital escpessialy receptionist except two of all them are not prescribed for that job at all they dont know how to print out a copy of the estimate . I recently visited this hospital and it was a very worst experience. I doubt if there is any doctor in this hospital bcoz I literally felt like sitting in an empty building without any assistance. Worst hospital in avadi. Dont get deceived by the building appearance.

The treatment provided by staffs here are not so good. Charges are very high and we have to wait long time for the doctors arrival. The building is most times rented for cinema shootings. Cine service uses this hospital more than patents. The management must take feedback from patents and can serve better. The building is corner property located in a very good spot - the placement of property can attract more people - if service quality improved.

Was admitted for surgery. Very good surgeon doctors and good Caring nurse. Very friendly and excellent treatment. Operation theater is equipped with all updated facilities and doctors and nurses are well experienced. I wish to record our gratitude and appreciation on behalf of all our family members for the successful operation.

It is a money minded hospital with no humanity. I did dialysis for about 3months in this hospital. Actually, I went there after reading reviews from the internet without knowing those were fraudulent. All the 5star ratings and positive reviews about this hospital were given by the staff working for this hospital. See the business tactics!!Coming to the dialysis, the management wanted to increase the sitting of the patients and so they had instructed their staff to do so. These staff then change the settings of the machine to make the patients come for dialysis often. Lots of patients suffered due to this incident.They get the money in the billing counter, but wont give the bill immediately saying that they have to fill a big form in the computer and they will ask to collect the bill, the next time.Please dont encourage these kind of hospitals.

This hospital is a multi specialty hospital which provides excellent health care. This hospital provides personalized care to every patient. My sister is undergoing Dialysis in this hospital. Recently my sister recovered from a serious illness and she was healed and discharged. I observed that the Doctors, nursing staff, administration staff and housekeeping staff were very dedicated and helpful to the patients who came here for treatment. The services of this hospital is excellent.

This is the worst hospital in avadi locality.Even if they give you free check up never go to sudharsanam.Only 1 nurse staff for morning shift and much worst for night shift everyone is sleeping in the same bed where patients are admitted. No proper equipment. For ECG scan theres no sheet to record the data which it takes 2 days to generate.

My mother had fever and took her to this hospital. Initially doctor checked her and asked us to take a blood test, as per doctor request we took blood test within half-hour the doctor announced that she got typhoid fever. They wanted us to admit her in thr hospital. Later they took lot of tests without our knowledge. We then asked them to provide more details on the report but they refused and threatened us that anything could happen to her bvoz of tyhoid fever. Some how we came out of that hospital and went to government hospital/and reputed private hospital they confirmed that she doesnt have typhoid .... The hospital guys charged 7000rs by providing false information and inappropriate treatment. There were lot of patients who were also complaining about the hospital.I have all proof with me .. please dont ever go to this hospital. They cheat people .. they will do anything to earn money.

The hospital’s quality is degraded now. I went for an injection and nurses are too lethargic and were taking selfies . I am still under fear whether they have given the correct injection to me. Please refrain from visiting this hospital. I knew nurses who attend the patients in the same hospital ,they are really good but those at the ground floor are too lethargic .this might affect the patients coming to the hospital in many ways

Hospital has given me an appointment at 7 45 pm at Sudharshan hospital. I reached at 7 30 and completed my OP and was waiting till 8 45. Receptionist called me and said that doctor is stuck in traffic and will take 15 more mins.. I said am not going to consult and cancelled my OP and returned.. Kind request to the doctors and the hospital. Please dont make patients wait. We know that you are working in multiple hospitals. Pls plan your time and commit to the patients.

Worst and greedy hospital. Not recommended to this hospital. I have been for pregnancy care for my wife and it was a normal delivery God luck. But Labour ward was not even prepared when my wife shifted to. After the baby born my wife waited for pediatrician in labour ward for 30 mins to see the baby because the peditrician was not been informed well. They kind of greedy for money not for patient health important. It was a nightmare for us that we stuck with this hospital. Doctor was not on time.. Duty nurses were not in caring sense and valunteer service. They have a hospital with look like big hospital..yes it is. But it is not worth for paying such a huge amount for treatment which other hospital provide..like Apollo. We have been extended to stay in hospital for unnecessarily..it is all for increasing the bill amount. Thats wat I mentioned this hospital is too much greedy. The other worst part was the house keeping and other staff was asking the money from us. Why should I give the money to them.. ? I have already paid a fee to the hospital (high fee)..then again these people standing in queue.. it was a frustrating experience for us.. the only good thing was happened for us is baby normal delivery.

I took my wife for an CTG test. they have charged very high even than Apollo hospital but a day before evening when we enquired they have told me a differenent cost. We told them you charges are higher than Apollo hospitals they replied saying they always charge higher than Apollo for all treatments and test. We dont see any worth and speciality in that hospital for charging higher. No manners among staffs too fighting before patients when treatments & test are happening.

At 8.30 am we went to my wife E.C.G today (10.05.19). At first, the amount was Rs 165. E.C. after 10 minutes sitting in the chair G took up. The formal jelly does not fit Kno b. Fan is not in the hall. A.C is not put on. A sister gave the report normal. After being told to see the doctor, the sister took the EC G report and went to the floor and said the doctor was normal. Does the doctor directly see Patient?What does a little care take?
