We went to meet him with a 60 days old pug puppy which hesitates to eat food, we tried around 3 hospitals/clinics in chennai and have given enough medicines to trigger his appetite, but no luck. We use to forcefuly feed him puppy cerelac via filler. Atlast Dr. Dhanapal suggested to change diet which has made him consume food by himself and we see drastic changes in his weight within a week. The kind of service which he offered to us, at that night of time, Is the only reason, my pet dog Bruno, is alive now. I will be thankful to him my entire life. This is easily the best vet clinic around Adambakkam, Nanganallur, Madippakkam, Keelkattalai belt. Trust me, I have visited 3 other vet clinics in this belt and I will stick to Dr.Dhanapal always, thought it is the far off from my residence. WHY? Pls read further..About Dr.Dhanapal:I found him to be a very kind individual and a skilled practitioner, as well. He listens very patiently to what you have to say. He is never in a hurry to complete the consultation, pocket the fee and move over to the next customer.I also see that he sanitizes his inspection table diligently after every visit, for every patient. Very professional and hygienic.Consultation fees / timings :I feel that his charges are very reasonable and much lower than what vets usually charge. He never prescribes more medicine than what is required and doesnt push and sell other pet merchandise from his clinic. He isnt a money minded professional.His usual consultation time is 9AM to 9PM but he is practically avilable 24/7 for emergencies. What more can a pet parent wish for?Location and facility :The clinic is located in a residential area in a quiet place, where there is not much vehicular movement and hence you get a relatively safe car parking right opposite to the clinic. This happens to be a blessing as many of us rely on 3 or 4 wheelers to take our pets to the clinic.There is also a proper sit out area in the clinic where we can wait and chill out with the pet, before we get to meet the doc.Personal friend / more than a consultant:The first time I met him was when I took an indie pup which was affected by parvo. He tried his best but ultimately the puppy lost the battle to parvo, as it was just 6 weeks old.I was devastated on the loss. He consoled by saying that thius is the best I couldve done as a pet parent . I said that I will feel ok only after I adopt another puppy. He REMEMBERED this and contacted me a few months later with an offer for me to adopt a puppy from one of his clients. He did not see me just as another customer but as a friend.I will strongly recommend Dr.Dhanapal for entrusting treatment of your pet / furry friend.. 👍

I got to know about this doctor from my friend and Im writing this review with extreme happy mind, after seeing the result of his medication.I own labrador puppy and he had bad appetite for past one week and I thought he was bored with regular diet, so I fed him chicken ( though Im pure veg).. even then he didnt show interest in foods..Then I reached out to my regular doctor and when I said him over phone ( not even explained) puppy is not eating enough, he directly concluded that it is viral fever, bring him this eve I will give him medications. I was literally shocked that how could a doctor get into conclusion without even diagnosing the patient or without getting a brief from the pet owner.My instinct said to check with other doctor, only then I went to this doctor, he was so cool and friendly with my pet.He diagnosed well, he was asking lot many questions on my puppies diet and finally he gave tablets and injection. He charged minimal price ( if I had went to previous doctor, definitely the bill amount would have been in 4 digits. )After taking the tablet by last night(1st dose), I really felt the difference this morning. He is 90% back to form and had enough amount of food, still he is feeling hungry( labrador 😄).He is much playful than yesterday. Thank you so much doctor.Great doctor. Highly suggested.

HI , I would like to express my note of appreciation to Dr Dhanapal for his quick response and effective treatment of Cyrus ( our 45 day pug puppy) . He suddenly developed strange allergy and started frothing in the mouth. This happened late in the night and being a first time owner , we were at a loss .We could not reach our regular doctor. However I got the number of Doctor Dhanapal from Google .He immediately listened to us over phone. He consulted with us late into the night. We drove to the clinic at about 12 am in the night and Doctor was so very accommodative to treat Cyrus at that late hour. He nicely diagnosed the problem , gave him anti allergic medicine and advised us changes in the diet. Overall it recovered in a few hours . I need to thank the doctor for his a) responsive treatment at a late hour b) understanding of the emergency situation and c) Calm and effective treament ..Thanks a lot Doc.

The very first time when I met with the doctor is an emergency situation with my first puppy. He was very serious and some insect had bitten him. It was unfortunate us we lost him. But when I gave a call to early morning he immediately responded him and he immediately gave treatment to our pet. Later we had another puppy who has bitten by other dogs and fleas with no hair. I took him to Dr Dhanapal there he treated him very nicely. Dr was giving treatment was past 4 to 6 month. Its was a frequent checkup. I am very satisfied with the service rendered by him and how he treatpet like his family member. God bless him.
