Have been associated with the hospital for past 4 yrs and the journey has been good . Dr Manu is extremely friendly and the goto person for any kind of fertility issues . She is amicable , compassionate and patient enough to explain the treatment protocol and the associated effects without causing panic to the patient . She has a plan in mind and goes by the plan and keeps patient and relatives appraised of the same . Her personal secretary Ashwini is calm , composed and ensures all queries are answered whenever we reach her. Dr Manu has a wonderful team of nurses both at the op and theatre end who take individual care of patients. Nurses Chandra , asha , Anu , vembu have been extremely friendly and answers calls even at odd hrs. Paed dr Meenakshi is the goto person for any issue with the baby and she keeps ppl appraised of issues that can be related to the kid and how to approach the same . The only drawback is the insurance desk where ppl take hell lot of time to process a single claim or discharge summary and give lame excuses . Overall my journey with Guna fertility has been amazing with Dr manu and team and I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and thanks to dr manu and her team for Making my parenthood dream come true .

Worst hospital ever, govt hospital would be better. took my father here since he has gastric and ulcer. Receptionist said Dr Karthik will come by 10 AM we reached 9:45 AM ,but doctor came by 11 AM.He not even fully listen about the history of the patient. He have BP or sugar etc. Just wrote few blood test and scan. Said come by evening. No first aid happened.Evening scan appointment was 3:45 pm but they started by 4:30 pm . No proper queue maintained. Blood test results came by 5 pm which was promised by 4 pm. The blood test and scan price are 1.3 times higher than Apollo Hospital.when I asked about it got a rude reply this is our price then I asked shall I take it outside, reply from hospital doctor wont see those reports.Finally after all reports received, doctor came by 6 PM. He didnt even check my father BP and wrote some vitamin tablet and said come after 10 days!Never visit this hospital.

The worst service and problems I faced here. My uncle did Hernia operation here. In the beginning. Dr.karthik gunasekaran & Insurance dpt. guy said that you can do operation with insurance itself, my uncle mailed and gave them all insurance documents, they both told it got approved. When after operation done insurance dpt guy told Insurance not approved, now you have to pay Rs.90,000. My sister got afraid and she dont hv money too. She cried in hospital itself. After that they arranged money outside and paid. How you people admitted when you didnt get approve from insurance company? Why you called them daily come n do operation insurance got approved? Dr.karthik was arrogant while asking about insurance matter, and he didnt check properly too... If you need only money there are lots of professions there, pls dont spoil doctors profession.

My experience with Dr. Karthik Gunashekaran has been quite twisty. I had issues with an 18mm stone comfortably residing in my left kidney and decided to search for the best medical facility in Chennai.Upon researching, I came across Dr. Gunashekaran Hospital. During my first visit with Dr. Karthik, he examined my CT scan and instantly offered the solution and proposed that a laser surgery would be effective.Thanks to my human tendency, I was skeptical, considering the gruelling facts of the medical industry.I decided to go herbal! Also had a few other options, such as PCNL and Lithotripsy, suggested by sweet-talking gentlemen unlike Dr. Karthiks sharp and honest approach. This naive attempt infact backfired and aggravated the pain. I quickly researched and realized that other methods were primitive even in medical standards.Came back to senses and decided to get help from the wise doctor!I got admitted and put the burden of my health in Dr. Karthiks hands. His expertise reflects in every aspect of the hospital, from the global standards maintained across every department, to the humble and humane treatment by every staff member. I am happy for my decision and wish Dr. Karthik great success in future endeavors.P.S: @DrKarthik....Keep treating us!!

Karthik gunasekaran will not hear anything basically he needs scan reports for all problem. Rs.600/- grabbed without value for service. Worst experience.
