Nice area and park.But no maintenance. Full of bushes everywhere,During rainy season no proper drainage. Large area occupied but no use, only people using for walking, kids not able to play or spend their timing.And after 6 pm no light full dark.Govt invested lot of money for this park but due to no maintenance, that money or this plan is dead money or plan

There are two parks. The large park is suitable for walking. Has a scenic beauty adjacent to the lake. But not maintained. Over grown plants every where. The small park has all gym equipments. Quite useful for excercising. Brand new fittings. Walking pathway is well kept. Residence of venkatachalam Nagar should make the fullest use of these wonderful parks.

People who wish to have a place to walk, doesnt care about keeping it in clean and tidy. Hats off to the volunteers who keep the phase going 💐💐💐

Situated at the far end of Thirumullaivoyil and in the bank of puzhal canal. the maintenance is very poor after Covid outbreak as puzhal water stagnating in the part of the park. Have a daily footfall of 200+ Majority of them come for brisk walking and attract more on holidays. Have childrens play equipments and gym equipments for elderly as well.

When I was visited one thing inspired is Tirukural was return on the board. Then park was not maintained well, eventhough part seems peacfull. Good time to spend in evening time.

Excellent Pavement Track with SS fencing for Walking and few kindergarten items added for Kids to play around. Good illumination of lights on entire park.
