Just an excellent overall experience. The staff there are very nice and polite. They follow all the covid protocols. The rooms are amazing. The services is excellent and quick. The buffet is good and they have a valet service as well. I Would highly recommend the place for a stay when ur in Chennai.

5* Only for the ambience.. but the service was not really that great in a party hall buffet.. lack of cutleries, etc and not sure why.. entrance lobbies wont have A.C. turned on..may be some weird protocol

Attended a marriage reception function today. Ambience and Cleanliness is superb. Buffet Food Quality was normally. Nothing special. There was no WOW factor in any of dishes served. Food to be improved

Very nice . When you drive a car it is too steep to enter to the hotel foyer. Party hall is too good. Food could have been served with a partition.

Recently been to Accord Metropolitan for a birthday function, the ballroom was quite spacious & ideal space for hosting functions for about 80-100 people.The service was really good & although the food experience wasnt over the top, but was certainly above average.I presume food buffet will be compliment if we book the ballroom & I heard Accord might be less expensive compared to many other star hotels in Chennai.Hope to go there again in future 😊

The hotel is good with star amenities. Staff is well behaved and prompt. Special mention will be of Ruby. The points which needs improvement will be restricted and overpriced food items availability, pools and restaurants closed(at least for the boarders it could be open) Safety standards are followed. Would recommend stay here. T Nagar, Pondybazar is very nearby within 2-2.5 kms approx. This hotel is almost in the heart of the city.

I am thoroughly enjoying the stay here in the Accord Metropolitan. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.. its very hygienic, clean place to stay in and located in the center of the city so all places are just around for shopping eating or just for a walk. The rooms are decently sized. Just one feedback is that they have to redo their furniture in the rooms which are worn out n old.

Just publicityWe went to look for marriage hall. It was all messed up.There were no one to guide us where to go and where to find the executive in order to talk about the marriage hall.Yeah the hall were decent enough but we rejected it just because there were no coordination between the staff and they keep telling us to go here and there.This way, we thought how our function would be. We dont want it to be a mess.

I have been to Pergola (rooftop) restaurant.. The view from the top is amazing..It was my friends birthday and they gave us complementary cake.. the food was good..they had live guitarist who played music as we suggested.. This was the best part :)

The buffet at The Brick Oven was sumptuous with a varied spread and value for money... Good variety in both veg and non veg items. The dessert spread was fabulous in terms of the variety and taste.

Very fantastic hotel to stay. Our lions club meeting was arranged in this hotel. We more than 300 people stayed here. Cosy atmosphere and helping staff. Rooms are very clean and tidy.

I would rate Southern Spice thali is Taj good to very good food than thisService is also 3 star - they call you for lunch in 12 and 2.30 batch, but make you wait even for 12 noon batch. Basic expectations that restaurant should open at 11.45 if they want to start a batch at 12 noon. Keeping customers waiting for 1st s unacceptable. Hardly any seating in waiting are. Overall poor service & qlty of food.HOPE chef venkatesh invests more time in the restaurant happenings than cooking with komalis!

4 star hotel..but cost are tooo much high.3 coffee854. 76 rs(eight hundred.....)quite place.wifi available but accesable with only room pin. number.02 blanket halls for functions ,parties..good place for parties..one problem is no network signal is coming ,at ground floor blanket halls..

Was expecting something mindblowing but felt disappointed. The food that was there was what we could make at home. Was hoping for a brilliant brunch, fell short by a lot.

Definitely a good stay.... Wish the restroom could have been more modern ! There were few issues in bathroom and air conditioner was not good !
