This is for laptop/pc service only:You need to have extreme level of patience to get your repair done. There is no way you would get what repair done smoothly.Gave 2 dead laptops. Asked them specifically, revive only what is worth reviving. One they returned and another one they made me spend 5000rs only to tell its not worth enough.Though the shop manager has good intentions, the staff are pretty laid back and experiment with customers stuff.After I took the laptop after spending 5000rs, it conked off. When returned they said again mother board is gone. I had zero tolerance and finally said I spent 5000Rs and multiple rounds to come to this state.The manager has understood and asked me to wait while he decides on price to take it. I spent Rs5000 and he took it back for rs3000. Net net I have lost rs2000 and countless hours waiting following up and also needless tension.My recommendation if you choose to come here:1. Block one day leave2. Since the crowd is there, they always ask you to come back. If you trust them with anything, I guarantee you would spend another full day and multiple returns to get what you want. Spend the entire day behind the service men to get what you want.3. Finish the deal in the same day, get it repaired and go back with your stuff.For Sales:Shop has laptop chargers at comparatively good prices. The spare parts are available at competitive rate.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever faced!!I went there to change my laptop touch screen. There is this guy called Bhai who told that there is 3 months warranty for the touch screen at the time of purchase. After two months I got a problem with the screen and went for the replacement of my screen.Here comes the best part!!The owner of the shop said that we are not providing 3 months warranty to touch screen, not only us but no shop in Ritchie street will provide you warranty for 3 months and said we cant do anything.When I went and check with some other shops in the same area everyone said the warranty will be 3 months and I came back to the owner and he said that he cant do anything. Even though he can clearly see that bhai is lying he backs him saying that my workers will never give false promises!!Dont trust anything bhai says.Get a written copy of the warranty in the bill itself or else u are not going to get warranty!!Summary:. Dont trust bhai and the owner. Get a written proof of warranty related issues.

Went for repairing my laptop speaker , they just opened my lap and pressed f5 and said need to change speaker. Im not interested in changing that so I got back my laptop. They charged Rs.250 for that f5, saying that they have figured out the issue. Ruthless fellows
