No service / Poor customer care. Be careful while buying product from this showroom.My experience:Purchased RT 40 home cinema 5.1 last week at this showroom and it was assembled 30 Aug.From 1st Sep if we connect Bluetooth lot of noise coming. When we reported to Show room professionals no response and not attending calls.It seems they delivered me defect product.Havent expected such service from this showroom and Sony..Will they read and respond to customer and address this issue ? Lets see.I called today as well and no response.This was resolved now.thanks team

Ordered via shopatsc.com during pandemic July 2020 when Amazon & Flipkart werent delivering headphones. Desperately needed a headphone for work from home. And Sony sent the order to Anna Salai Sony and immediately the very next day they delivered it. Headphones was new in a sealed package. So far no issues on the headphone except the ear cups outer material peeling off. No structural damage. Really appreciate the quick delivery.

Today I enquired about ps5. They are having the stock . But forcing the customer to buy bundle which comes around 67k. This center itself money mongers. The official price of ps5 itself is 49k.I have already enquired the product on February , they told me I will get it when stock arrives. After waiting for nearly 6 months , finally they are forcing to buy bundle.Note : I have not brought ps5 yet. In my previous review , when I addressed this issue. They are telling me that I am scalping the ps5s.Guys I am too a normal guys like you who is waiting for the thing which i enjoyed playing.This center guys are very money minded person. Dont fall for their trap of buying bundle.I am kindly requesting you guys again dont fall for this official scalpers.

Very worst . While I pre-booked ps5 in Feb . The sales person forcing me to buy ps5 with two games bundle. Forcing a customer to buy any thing that they not need is very worng for any business. Very expensive compared to smaller certified shops. We came here thinking this was a trustworthy shop and got scammed 25000rps!!! We had to fight a lot and only got 15000 refunded at the end. Dont buy there, the service really doesnt worth it.

It does have the best collection for India but then it doesnt have any remarkable products on display.may be just TVs kind of showroom .I feel they might improve more.the staff are really good and more helping. Has ample parking space too.

Worst behaviour by personnels here.Have been here thrice and faced same issue everytime. Staffs are not dedicated enough and doesnt involve with customers actively. For name sake ,they come n attend the customer and jump to a new customer. Improper behaviour as well

Hi all,I am Prabhu Durairaj. I have been in a positions of Manager Banking and Team Leader Finance Operations.We have visited yesterday to the showroom 08th Sep 2016 to this show room.I had very worst experience with these show room people.I would not recommend anyone to this showroom and might file complaint legally if required.They do not know how to handle customers and that too senior citizen people.They do not have patience to answer customer Queries. The show room Manager is also being rude in answering customer queries.This is a very serious allegation being on retail market and handling customers not equally is an offence. And being dealer for such brand and this behavior will affect sony customers like me.Probably this issue will be taken to senior authorities for their notice.
