I had issue in my sony headphones. I went to the thambaram service center to fix it. Tamil mani is the executive agent who attended my issue and repalced my headphone with a new one, waiting time is just 20 mints. I am 100 percent satisfied with the service. 😊

The level of service experience I received from you guys is excellent. My PS5 got bricked and didn’t turn on all of a sudden. I was initially skeptical about this service centre as the reviews were not great. But I had no other option since this is the only service centre near my place.To my surprise, they were very professional and got my PS5 replaced under warranty within a week.Only issue is the parking space on the streets. Make sure to plan ahead and visit during off peak hours to find a parking spot near the service centre.

I registered complaint with Sony online And they scheduled with this store. One person came just visited the TV and charged me 300. Said they do this for all the customer irrespective of explaining the problem clearly to Sony service. And subsequently the store will contact with me and send another person to pick the TV up for repair. but they are yet to call back. So all in all time waste and money waste

I went there to rectify a defect in my sony camera. Oflate the mechanism for zooming in my camera failed. Hence I went there to fix it. They after checking the camera informed me that the entire outer frame had to be replaced and then only the camera will be able to zoom. They told me that the outer frame had to be sourced from their head office and it will cost around 3000 rupees. Although I accepted their offer , I am pained that to replace a small handle I had to part away with such a big amount.The outlet is air conditioned. It is well furnished. You can park your 2 or 4 wheelers on the road just opposite to the show room. I didnt notice any rest room there at the outlet.

No proper response & also I have been following them up for a tv remote from last two month but still they havent told that the stock is available or not. I would have visited four times, always same story.

Poor customer service. I bought a remote and they made me wait for 15 min for just billing. Also some of the tech inician at the shop did not wear mask at all and not following covid guidelines.

I gave my PS4 for repairing but they stole my GTA5 cd which was inside it(I hadnt checked inside it before giving). And also they hadnt repaired my PS 4 as there was some simple problem in it . So by seeing internet I solved it by my self. They also told that it cannot be repaired so you have to replace PS4 which costs around 20000₹. So I request you to please contact other sony service centre not this.

I have changed displayed for my XA1 mobile phone a week back. Got it little delayed but happy to be fitted with the company display and it cos me 5200₹.

I brought sound bar for repair. The sound bar board got burned due to human error. They said only to replace the board related to power box. I initially asked if I have to replace the entire set or only the power box board. They agreed that it is only the power box board. Post repair it seems the problem is also in the mother board. Unable to use the product now. It does not work like a sound bar. Have to spend around 5000 bucks and with out any use.

I visited a week ago to service my PS3. They didnt even consider servicing it. They say they only replace entire product if warranty is still applicable. Several people waiting in queue before me for a variety of products got exactly same response from them. This is more of a Sony warranty replacement center than a service center. Dont waste your time and energy with his place..

When I visited this showroom to replace my speakers. There were three other people before me who were waiting in queue. The technicians told everyone of them including me that our products cannot be fixed as they are sealed. These products were a Bravia tv remote, ps3, a headphone and my 5.1 surround systems rear speaker. I returned to my local speaker repair guy and he replaced the speakers for just Rs. 200 in a matter of minutes. These people are not technically trained and run this service outlet as a joke. I traveled 30 kms for nothing. Dont go here and waste your time. I usually dont write reviews online, but I sure am glad I wrote this one. Bunch of nitwits!

They are not having a tranparency over thier price deals. They will be charging hidden charges which will not comes under any of the customer policy. And they will do swapping process like if you order something they will claim that in another customers bill waranty for a half rate and sell to you at the nominal price rate of the sony. Worst kind of service.....

Worst customer care. My headphones well within the warranty period is not taken for service inspite of problem in the device. Customers are made to wait to test their patience level. Please refrain from buying Sony products. Their customer care is just an eye-wash. Also store employees just telling their customer to go other service centres for no reason.

I have bill but not mentioned the warranty period. in service center they said warranty covered one year from the date of purchase.But my headphones not working within 2 months from the warranty end date..my headphones 1side is not working I visited yesterday west tambaram Sony service center and I carry bill they are not ready to replace and repair .i dont want to replace I just want to repair my headphones even Im ready to spend money for the service. but they said not they are saying like we are not repair all type of headphones ..look I spent 4000rs for Sony brand because of the believe of sony products and their services. but Im very disappointed with Sony and their services

One of the worst places that you can get your Sony device serviced. There will be two women sitting in the reception always chatting with each other without attending to customers while everyone one of us has to sit for hours for our turn. Also dont bother calling them, as they will just take up the phone and hang it up most of the time. Somehow I got phone serviced here by wasting more than 15 hours/3 days roaming in the hot sun and now my phone heats up like crazy.My screen also looks like its replaced with a low quality screen which has a blueish tint and also has very poor brightness. I just gave the phone for the battery drain problem.I deeply regret going here and I hope you guys wont have to suffer like I did, which is why Im posting this review. Please use the Adyar service Center or any other good one instead of getting stuck here.I hope Sony India listens to our miseries and shuts down crappy service Centres like these. 😭

Very Worst Customer Service, Pls dont waste your valuable time.I have problem my mobile Sony Xperia M so went to center and explain about issue (unable to on). They verified and told me the problem is battery so I buy the battery but still same problem. Again I visit the center and explain it. Again they verified my mobile and told me the problem is board issue, so I spend two days and buy new battery cost, everything is waste.

I gave my Sony Xperia z3 and they took 15 days, at last they have returned my mobile without any service been done. Reason : factory doesnt have this spares anymore as it was stopped 2 years before in production. Just think about the layman side, what he will do ...?

The made me to go there 5 times to just accept my product (bluetooth speaker).Then they complain me that my bill is not readable because it is a little bit faded.After a lot of talking they agreed of taking my product and use a day to find out my Complained speaker hasnt got any problem.

Customer service - My phone was there for a month :-( that too they gave me someothers phone. Luckily the mistake is corrected.Pricing - very high. You need to pay 2 percent extra if you are swipping card.Behaviour - They wont treat you as their customers. After talking with Manager, OMG seriously is this the way to behave with your customer.Over all it was horrible experiance, Better stay out of this place.Try some other branch.

This is NOT ORIGINAL sony service center. They say they will send repairs to Sony factory but they send your mobile/TV to some cheap local mobile repair shop at Ambattur.Even if the problem is small dent in the digitizer, theyll quote the repair as to replace entire lcd and digitizer and the gorilla glass panel. Similarly, even if the problem inside the circuit is some minor battery circuit loose connection, theyll quote the repair to replace entire motherboard and the battery. So dont give service here.Also they take forever to check. To just quote the repair for my mobile, they took 24 days. After calling and following-up continuously, finally they gave my mobile back.God only knows what kind of lunatics Sony have employed here. Im sure they are some cheap, lowclass, school-dropouts, run-away-from-village kind of 3rd party people working here.PS 1: They charge Rs.170 rupees from all the visiting customers no matter whatever your issue is, so beware.PS 2: Totally 3 women at reception area. Only 1 sits and collects mobile while the other 2 simply sits and talk about all nonsense things, thereby disturbing that working woman also and slowing down the work. For processing one application, that woman takes atleast about 45 mins to 2hrs, sometimes even more until you get up and ask about the status.PS 3: I also witnessed them cheating a family saying cost of 1 tiny screw in a Sony laptop is Rs2000 and was billed total as 12000 rupees (8000 for 4 screws and 4000 for some other charges) !!!
