Moosa gaming is over rated shop by YouTubers and Others.I went to fix my ps2 console and charged 4k where the new one is only 6K with no warranty for both and within a day my console dint respond Where there asked me for another 1000 to fix the issue. There is no warranty on the products they fix or sell and the way handle the customer if u start to bargain is like just leave or buy at my price , this place is Over priced and bug the console so u can come again to fix it .

Fraud and cheat. Sold me a xbox one s which they have removed the original parts and replace with old ones for 21k hardly worked for 2 months now charging me 8k to replace power supply took to another service shop is when i knew apart from the casing the whole unit is replace with used parts.

Given my PS4 for service on 4th May, they change IC circuit for 4,000 Rs, but when brought home, it became worst than before, ask me to change, HDMI wire, Joystick, which cost additional amount, but later it turn out all these parts(hdmi cord n joystick) are still fine and are working conditions, I ask them to show me the old IC parts of my console, which they refused!!! Which makes one wonder why!? Have they really change n put a new IC or just tweak n did some tightening n screwing up the loose ends , here and there!!!??? Which I have to shall out 4000, but at the end of the day, my PS4 is beyond playable!!! So be cautious, when you guys visit Moosa fir service there!!!

I went to moosa on the 15th Nov20 Sunday complaining about my PS4 controller where I had a problem with the left stick and it was returned in 30min for which they charged 800/- Back home it was even worse and when I took it to them again on the 17th they charged me another 800/- stating they hadnt repaired the left stick and worked on the circuit inside the other day. They just do not have the right skill set to fix them and simply ask you to return if issue persists to rip you off. Adding more to frustration is they only have a simulator to test once repaired and do not have a console where you try your hands and leave satisfied.My controller still gives me problems and I have lost hope in them after spending around 2k including petrol cost and would perhaps buy a new one if I need one badly.Moosa - Waste of time and money!!!!

Here they own only imported products from Singapore and Malaysia and shop owner never tells you about this during purchase. Not only Moosa you can find more shops selling same imported products. I went there to buy ps4 controller they said ₹ 4000 initially I was very Happy abut the price, after 15 mins waiting he gave me a controller with no box or packing, I asked him for that he said that it is a complimentary one for him so he is giving it for low price, but once I check the controller I found it is a used one more over it is damaged so I ask him he said like if u hv any problems u bring it here. I was wondering how he could recognise me so I asked him for bill he refused to give that also... In the mean time some one came for service he gave a very bad reviews abut him and told me to ask for sealed pack so I returned it back and my money got back... In my case someone saved me, I dont think so that everyone will help like this... Be carefull abut this fraud...

These guys are cheats and greedy rip-offs. They not only over-charged Rs 1500 for changing a ps3 power button which others wanted just 500 but also held the console ransom. There are other service centers around ritchie street who are WAY better and charge reasonably. Save yourself some money and heart-ache - DO NOT GO HERE.
