A place where we see a person (Sudha Mam), who Cares about us, more than we care about our fitness. Sometimes a strict, sometimes a friendly and a jovial trainer. A good fitness studio, where our fitness taken care first than money. A very nice environment to workout. All are very friendly.

Great environment, energetic and motivating workouts, made good friends. Sudha maam is more like family than a trainer. Each individual is special to her and she works hard to motivate everyone. Keep up the good work maam and reach more greater heights of achievements.

This is 1st time i am joining in gym,but before joining i feared on how will the gym will be, but now i feel very happy on joining.our gym trainer is a knowledgable person in all her works and will be perfect while training us.before joining the gym i took many medicines because of some health issues but i have joined only before 2 months and now i feel very healthy and stopped all my medicines.
