Spacious Showroom located at Vavin junction on the Main road itself. We recently bought Magnite and feel very happy about the purchase. The staffs are polite and knowledgeable. There Staff Mr.Aravind guided us all through the process and was very helpful. Multiple Finance options are well available for the customers.

Showroom is more spacious and easily identifiable in main road.. friendly staff.Currently Magnite is in top booking.Unable to test drive due to unavailability of test vehicle.Staffs can be more knowledgeable on the product specs. Can be improved.

Everytime I go this service station they respond very promptly and help me with all my queries. However they have to improve like last time for the car service they did free pick up and drop, after the delivery I saw one of the bolt was missing and one informed about it.

This place is located in Amabathur Industrial estate . They have service station in Guindy but this is a big estate place with body shop etc. Decent reception and waiting area.Service is OK and not exceptional. They explain the problem in detail. In the same road you have Tata, Hyundai, BMW, KIA. Service persons very attentive .

Service response too poor . They spoiling the brand image of nissan .

Really most horrible experience with these guys. First class cheats. Was cheated into making a booking amount in dec 2020 with a promise of one month delivery . Now four months later no sign of the car still and revised delivery date is “after April” which could mean next year also ! When I escalated the matter to the showroom GM and sales guy Murali , he told me shamelessly outright that it is a common practice that sales guys give false commitments to boost bookings.Equally useless to write to Nissan customer care.

We for checking out the new magnite.. good and helpful staff.. they know all the variants and will help guide you.. but they dont know much about the car mechanically..

They ask you to give ratings in Google even before booking the car. Worst customer service ever. Got the car 4 months after my delivery date

Great and spacious showroom . Display is so attractive. Staffs are much attentive and more responsefully attending and well briefing all customers as seen.

Go in weekdays if you want to test drive without any wait or hesitance. Book the test drive in advance if planning on weekends

Went twice for nissan magnite test drive but they deny for some reason. I could see one test drive vehicle driven by customer but they did say test drive vehicle went for service to me...not sure how they pick the customer for test drive ...went starlight to renault and tested triber however it is very noisy...anyway changed my mind and waiting for kiger..Nissan is eager to bounce back with Magnite but with this kind of sales people they can only go back to Japan @😀

2 years before I purchased redi go car on ambattur showroom that time the sales person committed for free wheelcap but still now that person did not give any freebies I asked 5 to 10 times but they committed 1 week time 2 weeks time but after that no response. Very poor experience.

Need to mention Service associstes Madhan, Deepan for great responses

There is no proper response for the customer. When customer is enquireing about the car the sales person just speaking on their phone and not responding to the customer. They dont know how to respect their customer. Worst dealer with no proper response. The car is good but worst dealer.

Customer Service bv OK. But no further follow up for fresh enquiry due to huge booking/pending of already booked Magnets.

Service personnel are excellent and courteous. Special mention about Madan, very courteous and detailed.

Think before you go with Datsun. I bought car a year ago and have no complaints on the performance. But finding it difficult to get spares and dealers in Chennai too not much confident in getting the product.

I got datsun go vehicle 6 month back, still date iam not received manual book, floor mat, mud flap. Also iam not getting any response.

Comparative to their Guindy Service Centre - Here is Fast and Reliable. A Service Representative name Krishna Kumar - He is amazing, he understands your requirement and followups closely until its completed and satisfied. I highly recommend this facility - though its away from city - but its worth sparing the ride and they deliver / pickup your vehicle with very minimal charges as well. Rest satisfaction assured.
